Took over 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger and two piece tenders.
Obnoxious kids causing a ruckus and the manager just told them to quiet down. They didn’t.
Tenders were fine but the burger looked nowhere near what the picture looked like.
Very disappointed.

Food wise it’s a Wendy’s so surprises there. What I can say is that the people were friendly, the place was clean enough, and the food was good. Also so far they have never messed up my order.

This Wendy’s is consistent. Remodeled a few years ago and looks great inside. This trip for breakfast was no different. Ladies in drive through were very nice and my order was correct. Bacon Egg and Cheese croissant was very good aa the bread is always soft. The type of cheese is good too. Hash browns are well seasoned and always crispy. French toast sticks are way better than burger kings.

Had a negative review on here and deleted it, came in today because my son just wanted Wendy’s. Food was hot and fresh and lobby super clean, complete flip of my last visit. Staff were friendly and even joking with my son about his tattoos.

I typically don’t complain about anything, even if it sucks, I’ll take the loss and move on. However, the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club but make it spicy has been my favorite fast food sandwich for years now. There is obviously zero quality control at this location as multiple components were missing. My husband decided to pick up my favorite sandwich and what we received was literally bread and chicken. That’s five components missing(Cheese, ranch, bacon, lettuce and tomato) and not one employee noticed? I’ll make food at home next time. Yall suck.

Would have been nice to get the dressing and utensils with the salads we ordered. Very disappointing to get back to our hotel, tired and looking forward to eating and relaxing. Was able to get forks from hotel but ate salads without any dressing or pecans.

The burgers are better than McDonald’s in my opinion, the meat is more flavorful, I come here often and the crispy chicken BLT is one of my favorites, the place Is always clean and the staff are always nice to me, the frosty is also one of the best ice cream in fast food. I love this Wendy’s

We placed a mobile order on the Wendy’s app for pickup. When we arrived, we were told the order didn’t come through to their screen. We showed them the order in the app, as well as the receipt, and the charge to our bank account. They stated they can’t make the order if it doesn’t show on their screen, told us to call the national number, and then very rudely called for the person behind us to help them. We left and then spent 30+ minutes on the phone to get a refund, and clearly no dinner in hand. If you see that someone has clearly paid for a mobile order, on the Wendy’s app, fulfill it! Or at least don’t be a jerk about it.

We literally sat in line for almost 10 minutes waiting on nothing but two Cinnabon pull aparts that takes a matter of 20 seconds to heat up! This store is so ridiculous and the workers are very disrespectful and rude!
