I remember the day when I could pull into the Wendy’s parking lot and pull out in 4 minutes with a special order. That is not the case this evening at this Wendy’s on Scottsville Road. I had to ask someone to take my order and was rudely told I’ll be there in a minute. From order to pick up at the window was about 20 minutes plus and no apology or offer of any compensation for sitting there. Definitely not a place to do business on a quiet Sunday evening.

Just went there for a Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich and it looks like my bun has mold on it. I tried calling for 10 mins but no answer. I googled images of the sandwich but none look like mine. It’s supposed to be a garlic knot bun, but it just looks disgusting. I tried giving this sandwich a second chance because it wasn’t good the first time. Now 2 for 2 as a bad sandwich.

Whoever owns this place needs to hire more people or something. I’ve lived right behind it for 4 years and it is always slow no matter the time of day or how many people are in line. The food is good, but it’s not worth a 15-20 min wait everytime.

I was picking up a doordash order the other night and the man at the window said something that made me uncomfortable. He had greying hair and a ponytail — he was older. He had asked me if I wanted a “thingy” for my drinks which confused me for a second until I realized what he meant and said yes, but after I did that he was like “You didn’t think I was talking dirty to you, huh?” Ultimately its not the worst thing he could have said, but it was definitely off putting and wasn’t really a funny joke.

Now lets talk AMAZING i decided to do a Wendys. Omg i cant believe how wonderful it is.The staff here greets you when you enter building and when you get to the register. Wesley’s knowledge of the menu was so surprising. Then when i got my food it was hot fresh and it was made correctly the first time. The team here works as a fine old machine. This could not be possible without the courtsey and expertise of a working General Manager named Sharon or Sherry. I forgot. Either way all praise to each and everyone in this estsblishment. You all have done a most excellent job. Come see them here you will be shocked. Well will see you on down the road.
