Older Wendy’s. Most of the employees seemed barely present but one, the manager? Young woman with perfect cat eye makeup was exceptional! Restaurant was very clean and fully stocked. Food easily among the best I’ve had at Wendy’s. Even though there when quiet, everything for everyone was hot and fresh. Enjoy!

the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. We ordered a 10 pc nugget for our daughter and the manager only gave us fries, told her we were missing the nuggets and she slammed the window and walked away, came back a few seconds later and said we didn’t order nuggets to which we replied yes we asked for a number 3 and she said no you didn’t and shut the window in our faces.

Im saddened at how much this place has went down hill. I use to work here 10 years ago and we never was allowed to send out uncooked or old food. Yesterday I went to get some nuggets and they was not cooked all the way. So I took it back inside to tell the male manager. He then tried to argue that they was cooked even when i showed him they wasnt.

The food was nice and fresh and the cashier was polite and friendly.
The floors were very slick and they didn’t have wet floor signs in the appropriate places.
The women’s bathroom floor was slick and the floor was gross. And there was only one roll of toilet paper between the two stalls.

I went in and ordered a $5 biggie bag everything was okay while waiting for my food because I ordered it fresh I saw the young lady pick up a nugget and put it in my carton I assumed it was only three when I got my bag I began to eat my fries and when I reached for my nuggets the first 3 were fine unbeknownst to me the last one was spicy. I don’t eat spicy food it causes cankers in my mouth but I had already put it in my mouth before I realized she put in one spicy nugget with my food I could not enjoy my food,, however when I tried to call all I received was a busy signal

I remember when I was strolling through Whitesburg this year, stopped at this location several times and the person that I was with constantly had to go inside and chew somebody out for messing up the order and just like everyone else in the area, you should pay your employees better.

This place stupid hot inside everyday this week!!!!!!!! an as a guest i can only imagine how the cooks feel in there cooking on hot grills for hours each day. Its been 100 degrees outside i know it makes it every bit of 115 in there for them… Sad they are making all that money$$$ and cant fix the air conditioner I saw couple of the employee pale faced looking like they could pass out any time

Assistant manager (wearing a Wendy’s polo) was behind the counter running the register talking to an employee when my pregnant wife and I walked through the door, as she looked up and seen us she never said a word, turned and waked back and put on gloves (didn’t wash her hands) and statyed making sandwiches. After a couple minutes one of the guy on line making sandwiches looked at me and said “it’s going to be a while”. During our wait the guy that told us it would be a while was the only Wendys employee to acknowledge a young girl when she came to the counter asking for a straw. We waited for approximately 10 minutes before we gave up and got dinner at Dairy Queen. The gentleman making sandwiches with the neck tattoo was the only good note out of the whole experience.

Second time I’ve randomly stopped at this Wendy’s, but definitely my last. Everything was dirty – bathrooms, soda machine, counters, floors. Service was slow and surly. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely skip this one.
