This is downtown Pikeville Wendy’s location I came in to pick up an order this lady was standing there her name is Kay and she was on her phone and she’s supposed to be a manager you’re not supposed to be on your phone while you’re working and it’s okay for them to do that while they are touching my customers food no I do not agree with that and I will not tolerate it

Thanks for the literal see through burger. Guess i’ll go to Arby’s next time since they “have the meats” i’ll be getting my refund

Sadly, if you are wanting a convenient and timely experience through the drive-through you might as well find somewhere else to get food. They also don’t know how to properly do a chicken rap. I hope things get better here.

I love Wendy’s. This is an edited review because of a terrible experience. My son was given a bloody uncooked burger. Now I usually always check our food, but his great grandpa wanted to take them; so I give him the money to do so. He came home nomming on a bloody burger! I didn’t think to take a pic until it looked a little old. It sat for about 5-8 while I freaked out about what would possibly happen to my sweet 4 year old! Don’t recommend anymore, if you do go please check your food!!!!

Worst experience at a Wendy’s. We went in to eat no clean tables, we had to clean our own, dirty floors. Our food was laid on a tray without a liner and had to wait for a bit on our food. Our fries and nuggets were on the tray and were cold by the time we got our burgers.

Food was excellent, I came in before close & placed my order. Everyone was very friendly. Only complaint I have is I ordered a #10, which got mistaken for a #3. Overall great experience, employees just need to pay a little more attention. 4/5.
