Has to be the worst breakfast In Jackson! I tried it when they first started serving breakfast and it was awful! So I thought they may have improved but nope it’s still awful! Left the cheese off my sandwich, coffee was cold and didn’t put creamer in it ! So I will wait a few more years to see if improvements are made before I eat breakfast there again!

I stop in the Wendy’s in Jackson, Ky yesterday. Being down that way. And I noticed a certainly young lady, that was taking everyone’s order. There were 2 elderly ladies in front of me. The second one, wasn’t sure what she ordered last. Wanting to try and remeber what her last order was. And was a bit undecided..both were a little slower than normal. Which is to be expected..Anyways. I noticed how patient, kind and gentle this worker was..She hade so much patience, never getting frustrated and showed nothing but Love, kindness, patients and respect. Talking so very kind to the ladies and i..I didn’t get my ticket. So idk her name.. But she needs to be commended and given a raise. Cause that’s one of the most, kind, polite, caring, patient and gentle. Fast food employee. I do belive iv ever observed..Food was good. Place very clean. I would highly recommend eating there..Thank you.

The food tasted fine but whoever bagged my spicy chicken wrap, they didn’t wrap the paper around it all the way, plus it was put in the bag upside down. So it was very disappointing to reach for it and everything fell completely out of it.
My family and I were just passing through the town anyhow but it would have been nice to not have to deal with that issue while trying to distribute food for our children.
