We just ate here. There was a huge line with only one cashier working. It took us a while to get our food. My husband ordered a baconator with just cheese and bacon. I order the 3 piece chicken tenders meal. We also ordered the pull apart Cinnabons.A lot of the pop choices were out. There w a no cups to put the ketchup in. They did give us a few packets. My husband’s burger was not plain and he had to wait another 15 minutes for a plain one. The chicken tenders were actually really good although they were not hot. I myself did not care for the signature sauce. It reminded me of horse reddish sauce. You may like it, but it wasn’t for me. The “pull apart” cinnabons were so dry and definitely did not pull apart. I have a picture below.

Drive through order about 5pm: ordered a single no cheese, mustard, pickle, lettuce. Small fry and a chili. Got home fries were cold and overcooked. Burger not only had cheese, it had double cheese. Looked for receipt, not one. I paid over $12 for food and the only thing edible was the chili. I tried for an hour to contact, never spoke to anyone. Not wasting the gas to take the food back.

They are very slow and more times than not, don’t get the order right. Food is often stale, including hard dried bread. We eat there very seldom as a result. The latest attempt today ended up with both straw and spoon missing and my snickerdoodle frosty was missing the cookie crumble. I asked when I realized that it didn’t seem to be there and was assured it was. Got home and stirred it and it was indeed not. Of the 6 years we have lived nearby, they’ve been timely and correct maybe twice. I don’t expect an amazing culinary experience, but getting necessary items, warm and not stale food, and a correct order would be great..

I placed an order on the mobile app and picked up in the drive-thru! Quick and easy since breakfast ended at 10:30am. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was warm and fresh. Awesome service. I also used a $2 off breakfast combo.

This location has got to employ some of the laziest people in the area. Walk in and they just look at you. No acknowledgment or help. Do not go inside if you want to eat here because they only worry about drive thru times. Maybe if the kitchen staff put their phones down they might get something done.

Wendy’s restraunts have all seem to be revamped. This one’s no different. Nice and clean, condiments stocked. Timely service, and good food. Restrooms were clean and parking lot seemed clean. It’s what you want from any fast food place.

Got my food fast, tho I ordered saucy nuggets to eat before I went in to work. I got the nuggets but apparently saucy only means swirling a spoonful of sauce over the nuggets rq bc theres like 3 drops of sauce on 6 nuggets.
