The lady that was supposed to take our order was very rude and took the order from another lady that was supposed to take our order. once we took our order she kept changing mine and my grandtfathers words and I asked a simple question if the smoothies had milk she ignored me and messed with her ear buds or something then instead of asking me to repeat myself started asking if there was anything else I then asked again and she came of very rude saying something along the lines of “yeah of course it comes with milk”. after that we tried to continue ordering our food but she wouldn’t listen to what we had to say and when we said something she didn’t hear we got slightly louder and she said we were screaming we apologized but she wouldn’t let it go. we told them off and left. sorry but whoever she is needs to see who’s already going to take our order and understand that you’re in a hospital wendy’s not just some wendy’s people can be under a lot of stress in a hospital. the rest of the staff seems nice. aswell every order we’ve seen with her she’s been rude.

I work at KDMC so Wendy’s is kind of my 2nd option coming to food. But I will say I absolutely DREAD walking in and seeing Anthony taking orders I WILL 100% turn around and walk out if it means I don’t have to have him take my order. He rushes everything. BEYOND RUDE. And always has his music in his ears so you have to repeat your order and he always gets it wrong. I thought maybe it was just me in my head but going through and reading these reviews makes me realize that he’s like that to everyone and it should be addressed majorly.

There was this one server I believe his name was Anthony. He had his music playing in one ear the whole time, had to repeat I needed a drink carrier twice. He didn’t seem like he liked to be bothered. His vibe was even off. Seemed to also try to rush the ordering process.

They are always extremely busy with orders backed up sometimes but I understand that is because it’s inside the hospital. I have had them get a thing or two wrong before but they always fix it. Food tends to be hot/fresh most of the time.

What a disgusting Wendy’s for a hospital. If zero was an option that’s what it would be. Dirty store, rude staff, nasty food and the entire store stinks. Eat at your own risk

a few issues, fountain drinks area is too tight it gets very crowded people waiting to get soda and refills. Next the person that’s cleaning the lobby is not wearing his mask properly covering his nose. Next the man that’s cleaning the lobby it’s not cleaning the restroom properly I bought this up to the manager’s attention and I went again of another visit and still the bathroom could be clean much better to be health code violations. No worries I’m not going to call the health department I told the manager already so it’s up to him to stay on top of that. If I decide to go back again would only be if I have a doctor’s appointment in the building but beyond that there’s a Wendy’s closer to my house so I would think that would be the better one to go to. I would tell everybody at any place that you buy anything to look at your receipt before you leave that facility.

GREAT service & super friendly staff! Every time I go to this Wendy’s I feel as if I am with a sort of extended family, the workers pay attention to detail & I’ve noticed that they also pay attention to customers. The store itself is always clean, I could almost eat off of the floors! (Although I obviously wouldn’t, haha). I go here almost everyday and I really don’t have any concerns. I highly recommend this little gem tucked away in King’s Daughter Medical Center.

I ordered the stuffed nacho double without lettuce or tomato, and despite instructions, they STILL gave me lettuce and a GREEN tomato!
