Needs a new manager, girl with glasses ain’t cutting it… everyone running around like they are doing something but it takes 45+ minutes for a burger. Not just my order but atleast 4 other people was waiting that long. Then we finally get our food after our burgers was considered aged and it was completely wrong

I ordered two sandwiches and a baked potato. It took 50 minutes to get it. I couldn’t even sit down and enjoy my lunch. It took so long they had to remake my sandwiches so they’d be fresh and then when I got this fresh sandwiches back they were completely wrong. I don’t know how when somebody gets there at 11:30 AM in the morning. How do you not have baked potatoes prepared for the lunchtime? Try to give this place another chance this is the worst Wendy’s that exist in this area. I’ve actually never been to a bad Wendy’s except for this one.

Waited 45 minutes to get food thru drive thru. The Frosty was missing. So were the fries for both chicken tender meals, and my kid didnt get her Kids Meal. Requested items multiple times, was asked to produce receipt twice which I did. Finally gave up, donated the food we did get and went to Hardees. This place is so short staffed it needs to close down.

Pulled up. Had to wait 45 mins for the 1 person in front of me to order their food before I could even order. They also had to wait before ordering. Apparently there is 1 person working here. No onr else. Altho the 4 people talki.g outside wearing wendys outfits had me thinking the guy at the drive thru was lying.

Came inside because there was a line wrapped around the building. Yall need to hire new people because the ones here are disrespectful and complain and mope around. I stood up front inside with a line of 10 people waiting for 15 minutes and the worker up front (has glasses) was complaining and cursing the whole time, taking 1 order at a time. There were random people not in uniform walking to and from the back of the restaurant. If you have kids and want a family friendly experience this place is not the place to go, let alone somewhere that can cook their food properly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady working the drive through tonight was probably THE RUDEST person I have ever dealt with in my life at a drive through. For no reason, too. My husband kindly asked her if my child’s kids meal came with fries or apples because she didn’t ask after we ordered and she proceeded to tell him she couldn’t change it (rudely I might add) and slammed the window and said (very loudly) “you should have said that at the first time” like what?! This treatment for asking a question was absurd. She had dark longish hair, tan, lots of jewelry. Tried calling the store to talk to a manager but of course they don’t answer!

Terrible management, the entire store needs to be re trained and started over.
Water problem at the store makes the lobby closed. Shouldn’t the entire store be closed if its unsafe? 3.6 rating at this store. It wouldn’t surprise me that in a year with the same staff this will be lower than a 3.
