Came through the drive thru today and it never fails every time i get 10 piece nugget meal my nuggets are always hard as a rock !!!! This is getting old . I will never come to this Wendy’s ever again !!

Maybe 2 people in front of us to order (inside), so no rush. The young man at the register took our order precisely, however what we received was anything but that. Oh you didn’t want cheese on that single? Too bad. You wanted spicy nuggets? Here’s some that have been in the warmer since yesterday. Tough and barely warm. This after I heard one of the ladies yell “dropping nuggets.” As if the fries arent bad enough, now I get stale nuggets and singles with cheese when our order asked for no cheese. Almost makes the 30+ minute wait at Sonic worth it.

Its a decent Wendy’s. They rarely make you pull around and wait for food and staff has always been great. You also always actually get what I ordered, which isn’t always a given these days.

So I have gotten to the point where I bring sanitary wipes with me every where I go to eat because these fast food restaurants stay filthy. I ended up cleaning 3 tables so my family could sit down and eat. These are just the photos I was able to get. It is beyond me why after everything with the pandemic most food stores are not keeping their places clean. It’s ironic that the sign in the bathroom stressed how important cleanliness is to Wendy’s yet thier dining room and bathroom is gross. The staff seemed okay. A lot of laughing and playing which I’m not against when your running things well. But when your restaurant looks like this I have to hope that my food was prepared in a cleaner environment in the back. I will be skipping this Wendy’s from now on.

It’s Friday 10/24/25 and I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, 10 cars back and haven’t moved over one inch. This is not acceptable for a staff shortage on a Friday at dinner time rush.

This is the worst Wendy’s for deliveries. They never get the order right and you can’t get a hold of anyone to get it fixed, refunded, or anything else. They are an embarrassment to what is normally a good chain.

On 9/28/25 I went to Wendys to get lunch for my wife and I. I Ordered two meals Large. The drinks were to be Coke and Dr. Peper. The machine said they were not available. I chose something else. This was lunch time. You would thing this time of day your drink machine was maintaned.

I’ve lived around the area for the last 2 years and have gone to this wendys at all hours of the days and they have always been very kind and helpful. The front window person asks how your day is going while things are loading, the manager personally helped me with an incorrect order and gave extra fries for the inconvenience, and the food always tastes good.

Food is hit or miss depending on who’s at grill. Sometimes my nuggets are terrible and sometimes they are great. The fries are 7/10 times really good.
The sandwiches I get are also hit or miss. It’s not the toppings as much as the meat itself that has a wierd taste.

they don’t pay attention. to what has been ordered, I ordered my food through grubhub, and ordered two bigger meals, only got one four price nugget on one of the Meals, only got one drink for two bigger meals, and I ask also a tangerine twist lemonade which I never got. grubhub also got a review because they don’t look at receipt that is stapled to bag to see if any drinks are missing
