I normally don’t leave reviews but after our experience on Sunday night,30th of July, I chose to do so. We frequently come here on Sunday nights and most of the time the food is decent. But when we walked in on Sunday night the head manager looks absolutely disgusted and says “Oh no I’m not dealing with this!” And starts locking the doors and closing the lobby. Now remember they don’t close till 10:00 and at this point it was only about 8:45 or so. She looks at us and says we won’t be served and no one else from our group would be allowed to come in because her and the cooks were leaving. I’m not sure what kind of a manager acts this way other than an extremely poor manager with zero leadership skills. We always clean up and never leave a mess so to be treated this way was ridiculous. If I had the number to call the corporate office I would do so. This is definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with as far as a restaurant goes. It’s very sad when the employees under manager is the ones apologizing for her rotten attitude.

So, we went to the middlesboro Wendy’s and we ordered 3 meals. 2 came with fresh fries, 1 came with old cold stiff fries. 2 came with sandwiches that appeared to have been from lunch. Some Wendy’s stay open late, they should close early.

Ordered large order of french fries and this is what was in the bag when I got home. (see picture). Check your order before pulling out of the drive thru line. On the plus side, I went back a couple of days later and they gave me a large order of fries. Would have been nice to have had them with my burger…

They mess up the order almost every time but today was especially bad. Gave me 3 scoops of ice in a drink that was supposed to be light ice. Gave me even more ice than that in a drink that was supposed to be NO ice, only gave 1 straw and this is how empty the fries were when we received them. I love Wendy’s but I wish this place would do better :/

Normally don’t write reviews but after paying $25 for 2 combos and a bowl of chili I was foolishly thinking that asking for a “frozen”frosty , fries with NO salt , and cheese for the chili was a normal request but obviously not. I will not consider Wendy’s in middlesboro ky when I want to pick up a quick meal ever again !!!!!
