Awesome renovation! They recently renovated the inside. It has a warm and modern appearance. It has various types (chais, booth, bar) of seating. They place feels very open. My son and I enjoyed an episode of The Andy Griffith Show while eating the normal high quality fast food.

Had to wait to long to order and I was the only one in line. My bacon cheeseburger was cold and soggy, chicken nuggets were cold. This is the worsed food I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Flies in dining area. I won’t stop here again.

Zero stars, just left there about 30 minutes ago and got 3 small chocolate frosties and gave the woman a $20 and my change said $13.48 and she started chatting with me “to distract me” when she gave me my change so I wouldn’t notice she ripped me off. Only gave me $12.33 back. Stupid man be careful and count your change I didn’t notice until I’d already left and my husband told me to count my change. And no I didn’t lie or count wrong because there wasn’t any other money in my wallet but the change I got back with the receipt. I understand mistakes happen but I very much doubt it in this case. I won’t go back and I hope she gets fired for it probably does it to a lot of people. Just crooked.

It’s a Wendy’s. I will say that my last experience I was a little put off by the drive-thru guy. He handed my drinks to me and I immediately noticed that instead of getting the strawberry lemonade I had ordered, I was given regular lemonade. I simply said this was supposed to be regular lemonade and I was The only one in the car with three drinks in a four drink caddy. I was sort of shuffling it to keep it from spilling the other two drinks in the drink carrier. Suddenly I hear him, pretty rudely, say, “I can’t just give you a drink. You need to give that one back, so can you hand me that now?” I sort of laughed and said I’m just trying to get it out without spilling the other two. And he said, “Well we close in 15 minutes.” With that, I handed him the drink and I promptly watched him toss it into the trash. Other than that, unnecessary, rude experience, everything else was okay. Incidents like this, though, can deter people from going back. Those in the customer service industry should put more focus on customer service.
