My review was removed. ALPHA GAL ALERT. My family and I stopped her. While ordering we ask Rita, the order taker what oil they use as I have Alpha Gal Syndrome. She turned to the Manager, Audrey, who refused to tell is what oil is used. I told her directly that I have Alpha Gal Syndrome and she just shrugged her shoulders and looked away. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to us. Of you have Alpha Gal. BEWARE! I also contacted corporate office about this manager. Thats DANGEROUS to those with any allergy.

Past couple of times we’ve eaten here, the burgers aren’t hot and juicy, as the Wendy’s brag once was. Instead they are over cooked, old and dry. And the burgers are just thrown together without a good presentation when unwrapped. It seems we no longer get a fresh hot off the grill juicy burger, but a pre-made oldie . I guess next time I get a burger craving I’ll go to Hardee’s.

Do NOT waste your time at this location. The staff here operates with a level of confusion and incompetence that is honestly unbelievable. I came in on a DoorDash pickup, showed them the customer’s order directly on my phone, and they looked at me as if they had never even heard of DoorDash before.
I asked them to enter the order — literally pointing to the exact items — and instead of just doing it, they kept repeating, “What do you need? What do you need?” as if the information was not right in front of them. Then, after seeing a clearly single order with a few items, they asked, “Is that one order or two?”
It was right there. Clear as day.
The lack of awareness, responsiveness, and basic common sense is honestly astonishing.
Save yourself the frustration. This place is operated by people who seem completely unprepared, untrained, and totally out of their depth.

I stopped in to have lunch with my family and the guy at the register was already being rude to the customer in front of me and when I got up to the register, he was very rude to me and sat part of my order way down the counter and part of our order in front of us. When I asked if the frosty at the end of the counter was ours, he said yes, yes it is but it was the way he said it that was super insulting. I made a remark to him and told him not to talk to me that way. He called for the manager and she was just as rude, getting in my face. The place was empty so it wasn’t like they were too busy to be nice. They were very unprofessional and rude. I don’t recommend anyone go there. That’s probably why they didn’t have a lunch rush! For once I wish someone at a corporate level would do something about this instead of this review being pointless!

Terrible service, went through the drive thru and asked for a dave’s cherry cream soda, got handed a cherry coke at the window, made it know it was the wrong drink, they said they would remake it, waited 2-3 mins and handed back the exact same wrong drink, to make it worse it was the manager, this place is a joke.
