The drive-thru employee was EXTREMELY rude. Slamming the window when asked to correct a WRONG item. We received NO apology for the mistake. After having called her “manager” to assist her she was JUST as rude. We did get the money back for the wrong item though. Sad they took time to argue with a customer in the same amount of time it would have taken to correct the mistake.

This wouldnt bother me if I hadn’t just gotten off work from an 10 hour shift moving. Ordered two meals tonight. Both being chiken and asked for ketchup. They gave me two packets, missed my JR frosty and gave me the wrong sized fry entirely. I was overcharged for what I received. Take your business elsewhere. They also got rid of one of their most popular sauces. I swear businesses get rid of everything good If you see this and you know me- No you don’t.

As I was traveling I stopped to get a bite to eat..baked potato tasted almost burnt.. Frosty was great… Lady’s bathroom was a nightmare. Floor torn up and very uneven holes in the walls . Pipes exposed. Very scary bathroom to go to not knowing if someone or something was going to come through the wall. No hand towels. Lots of bees crawling on the floor… It was awful . costumer service was great thay was very polite and helpful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The last 2 times I’ve been to this location I’ve received nothing but attitude and disrespect and talked to like I am stupid at the window. First time I asked for straws and was told they were in the bag which they weren’t and when I told them no straws where in the bag I’m assuming she was the manager because she looked dressed more professionally than the others started blowing and rolling her eyes. The second time they literally forgot half of my order and when I was telling them what all was missing more eye rolls occurred. Like it was an inconvenience. I payed for the food give me what I paid for. I will literally drive across town to go to the other Wendy’s every time from here on out. The rudest/disrespectful place I’ve been too in a long time. Won’t be back.

The last 6 out of 10 times I have been to Wendy’s … My Order is not Correct. There is at Least one Item wrong, or the Hamburger(s) is not Deluxed. The sandwiches are cold, or the meat has been recooked after its set for a while. Fries are cold and hard old … We buy for a family of 5 adults so the least we spend is 15 dollars Tonight I walk in to order for take out. No one was in front of us nor did anyone come in behind us. We waited over 15 min for our order 2 mins before we left 2 other ladies finally walked in. There was only 3 cars in drive thru. Sad thing is tonight i told the cashier how the last few times my order hasnt been right and that i wasnt complaining cause i wanted my money back or free food i just wanted this order to be right and fresh. So we thought since we waited 15 min it was going to be right and fresh and hot …well we was wrong the 2 burgers was cold and not deluxed only onion the fries was cold the chicken nuggies was reheated and hard the bacon on the fries was hard like possible break a tooth hard no cheese on the chili cheese fries. This place has gotten is horrible… when i was handed my food i had to wait on the cashiers to take the ladies order that came in Behind me and she made their pink lemonade drink took care of them ans then git our 5 frosties together.

I wish that I had seen these reviews before stopping in. I hate to bring this business down further, but I am genuinely horrified by the quality of the food I received. I am not being hyperbolic when I say these were the worst fries I’ve ever been served in my entire life. Cold, greasy, chewy…like if you left your food in your car overnight and tried to eat them the next day. Did they just scoop them up and leave them on the counter for an hour or something? I stopped picking through the fries to find the edibles ones when I plucked a fry out of the bag THAT HAD A COBWEB HANGING ON IT. Disgusting and totally disappointing stop-off on my road trip. Do better or just close your restaurant. I wish I had not gotten back on the road before I started eating so I could have asked for a refund.

Listen this is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. I have worked near this location for close to 10 years. I have no idea why but about every 6 months I give them a second chance and they never EVER fail to FAIL!! It’s not one consistent problem either it’s several. They are always slow and take forever in the drive thru, they almost always get my order wrong, I usually have to ask for a straw and napkins and ask for my own sauces. They will not give you any of the three if you don’t remind them. A few times I have showed up at 11pm when they list they don’t close until midnight and they have already closed, don’t even bother trying to get a frosty. If I was the Wendy’s corporate I would close this restaurant or demand new management and new staff because it has to absolutely ruin Wendy’s reputation anytime someone comes across this sad excuse of an establishment!!

Went to Wendy’s through the drive thru the line was backed up, then we get to the speaker and they tell us to hold on we then waited an extra 10 minutes until they took our order, when I was telling her my order the lady did not know what she was doing and kept interrupting me as I was speaking I clearly said how I wanted my double stack biggie bags one with just mayo and one with everything get to the window wait 5 minutes before they pull us to the corner wait another 10 for them to bring our food out. The fries were cold the nuggets were also cold and one of the burgers was wrong. Costumer service does not exist at this Wendy’s clearly!

Ordered in the drive thru and received wonderful service. The girl was prompt, super friendly, and even gave me a compliment! Very fast service with everything correct AND hot. A+++++
