To Wendy’s on Sharkey Way,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent order from your establishment. While I have always appreciated Wendy’s commitment to fast and convenient service, my latest experience has left me questioning the quality control measures in place.
During a visit on Friday around 10:30 ish pm, I ordered your classic chicken sandwich. I added a couple stuff to it but nothing out of the order. Well, upon taking my first bite, I was immediately concerned by the unusual texture. Regrettably, upon further inspection, it became evident that the chicken was severely undercooked, to the point of being raw in the center. This is not only unappetizing but also poses a significant health risk.
It really disappoints me. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I have never had an issue like this before. Not to mention I’ve had the worst day today and all I wanted was to enjoy some Wendy’s and ended up with an upset stomach. I spit it all out immediately because the texture was just so disturbing. But I got photos of what I could.
I trust that this matter will be addressed with the seriousness it deserves. I hope to see improvements in your food preparation processes to prevent similar incidents in the future.

The food was good. Let’s be honest it’s Wendy’s and you know what you’re getting when you come here. It’s where you come for an affordable fast food burger, it’s not a steak house. I ordered the Wendy’s double cheeseburger meal with fries and a drink. My burger and fries were both hot and I could tell that they had been prepared fresh when I ordered them. My son ordered a $5 biggie bag with a jr. bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink, and he also added a small chili on the side. He stated that everything was good and said that he especially enjoyed the chili. We both finished our meal with a small frosty for dessert (they are delicious!). The man who took our order was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I really can’t complain about anything from our visit.

I would not recommend eating here!!!! How the heck do y’all send out old food like that? Cmon the burger buns were so hard the fries tasted burnt and very crispy and not even in a good way the cheese looked cottage?! We went 02/05/26 at 11:30 to 12ish. The manager needs to talk to the overnight crew cus they’re gonna get in a alot of trouble if someone ends up getting sick!!!! Never going back here I wouldn’t recommend it!!

Everyone’s morning commute begin before 6am in the Lexington Metro area…and it would benefit everyone if Wendy’s would follow suit and open at 6am…instead of letting McDonald’s and Hardee’s eat your breakfast profits….

Not a very clean restaurant. Visited at 10:30 am. Men’s bathroom wasn’t clean, condiment counter was dirty, outside trash was overflowing, floor wasn’t clean.

The burger ordered wasn’t cooked all the way. The person handing out food in the drive thru didn’t say a word to me, they just walked away after handing me a couple of bags and didn’t come back. I looked through the bags to make sure it was the whole order before I left. I just assumed there would be a “have a nice day” or “that’s everything”. Tried calling to let them know they were selling raw-ish hamburgers, just rang and asked me for a phone pass code. I’m sure they are really busy do to it being dinner time.

They mess up my order all the time. The kid was vaping and gave me my cold burgers and messed up my add cheese to my chilly. Such a taxing job to put a bit of cheese into some soup geez. Secondly paid 11 dollars for a cold burger that was wrong and this lettuce. Quit your job if you don’t wanna do it.

Sad experience at this location! We came here on our way to our daughter’s house.
While the menu shows an original Baconator, which is 2 beef patties.
I only received a single patties version. Also, my “large fries” were half full at best! (See picture) The fries also were not hot or crisp!
I do not recommend this location!
