I would like to say that in the past I have been disappointed but tonight at 7:30 the staff was on point! From the minute my order was taken to the last bite it was perfect. Service was fast, food was fresh and hot and the staff that took my order and handed me my order was impressive. This staff needs to train everyone else.

might as well not place a mobile order, you’ll still be waiting close to 25 mins on your order regardless. 9/10 our orders are wrong, consistently forgotten condiments (which is crazy to me because the person at the window has ONE job), and everyone seems so depressed (you can tell by the food). i used to love wendy’s. but there’s no more good ones around here. save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to eat.

Went there yesterday for a quick burger for lunch. I was shocked, and happily surprised.
Awesome employees, and the BEST single w/cheese (and everything) I’ve ever had‼️
After this visit, I have to say I think this is THE BEST FAST FOOD BURGER IN TOWN‼️

Told my wife how great it was, so she wanted to go there today. Pull up to the drive thru and started my order….. no tea, cola…. etc. HOW LAZY do you have to be to NOT go get drinks from Walmart/Kroger to serve your customers?! You still make a killing on drinks. I cancelled my order and we went across the parking lot and got an awesome meal at Jimmy John’s‼️

Not happy at all bought 2 biggie bags and kids nugget meal was given spicy nuggets didnt know until we got to our hotel to eat so over half of this 20 dollar meal was trashed and had to find other food for our toddler to eat. Tried to call the location about it for the phone not to be answered.

Really like the Wendy’s franchise. The French fries are the best in the industry. The new frosty line is great. Can’t get past the poor quality burgers they put out in comparison to their advertisements. Ordered a son of a baconater it looks nothing like what is advertised. The patties are half the thickness of the advertised burgers. See attached photo. I opened the wrapper and took this photo without touching the burger. Judge for yourself. Wendy’s you can do better than this.

Went to this restaurant Saturday December 6 right at the beginning of lunch at 11:00 AM to get two double cheeseburgers for my wife and I and a fry. You would think at the beginning of lunch food would be fresh right. Get home short drive get ready to eat I kid you not the but and fries are cold the cheese wasn’t even melted at all! When I say cold not even warm! We found this out unfortunately by taking a bite we through in trash a good way to get food poisoning! Lettuce on burger wasn’t even supposed to have lettuce asked for no lettuce! Did not take back afraid to return now days. I know workers don’t get paid very much but still should do things correctly no matter! Wendy’s Danville Ky you have to do better!!!!!

I went to Wendy’s today to try the new sandwich and had baconator fries and the new frosty the sandwich is wrong which I will not be eating the bacon is literally not even cut up but the frosty was good and so was the service
