I love Wendy’s I had a chili and potato combo with diet coke. However I like the menu choices. I can buy the Biggie Bag and get a double bacon cheeseburger or even two because they are so good. Better than them other places got. The fries are always good and hot. A Meal 2 and get a Wendy’s double upgrade for mucho fries and a huge fountain drink. A big frosty. Why not. The fountain machine is a bit tricky sometimes someone will help.

I usually skip the ratings for fast food places, but our local Wendy’s (Berea, KY) is really good. The people are nice, the place is always clean, and my order is correct 99.9% of the time. That’s more than can be said for most fast food places in general. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because of the location – it is jammed into one of the busiest areas of town. Great for business for them, but it can be difficult to turn in and out of the driveway and the line for the drive-through often reaches into the street. Overall this is probably the best fast food place in our area in terms of service, prices, order accuracy and restaurant cleanliness. Good job!

Out of baked potatoes and no ice in coke machine. Had to wait for a long time. The management needs to learn how to staff for efficiency. Kid on cash register seemed confused by orders. Kid cooking fries kept flipping his hair up in back while cooking and no gloves. A management person kept wasting time by going to handwriting sink area to get gloves. Maybe they need to be closer to where they are needed. A real disappointing dinner.

Food is usually okay, but there was mysterious white liquid oozing out of the chicken nuggets, which we were told was because the fryer oil hasn’t been cleaned in a while. (Ew.) I do recommend the chili though, it’s usually amazing!

The fries tasted old. The soda was kind of flat. The burger was pink. Two bites and I was done. Staff were friendly.

I went to the drive thru to order their “New iced brew with cream, chocolate, medium.” I was quoted the price for the iced brew with foam, a $1 more, and was told that was their NEW drink. I spent several minutes reading the menu word for word trying to get my drink at the posted price. She finally gave me the price for the cream version. Then at the window the woman who took my money informed me I was confusing because I said “new.” I told her I was reading their menu and maybe they need to learn the menu rather than arguing with customers. At which another employee came up and said “I took your order” and then slammed the window in my face. I will never go to that Wendy’s in Berea again and will be hard pressed to ever do business again at any Wendy’s.

Walked in to the eating area, all tables had not been cleaned. Actually had to get some wet napkins and wipe the table down. The condiment counter had napkins that looked like some one tried to clean up and never finished. The floor was covered with napkins and crumbs. Still decided to order food and for that they get a star. Since the food still tasted like traditional Wendy’s.
