I pulled in around 8am on Sunday. The car in front of me was at the drive in and then circled the building stopping at the front door and the drive through -no I know why.

Was trying to order thru the drive thru but sat behind another car for almost 10 minutes and the vehicle in front of me was still there after I had to park and go inside for food. The lunch menu was already up and when I asked about what was on the sandwich I ordered, i was told wrong, she told the employee to remake it and then realized she was wrong, told the girl the first one was ok and it was just a mess of incompetence. One employee or manager was just walking around aimlessly on her phone, had to wait on coffee, no cream was out and by that time i was ready to leave as they offered. It was not busy at all either. Haven’t had Wendy’s breakfast until now but I will NOT be going back. It took me over 20 min with 2 customers (1 was behind me) to get my food. Food was ok but service was substandard even for Wendy’s. Also, all that waiting and started back on the road to find out my maple chicken sandwich was badly overcooked.

Gave me the wrong item in the drive-thru. I parked and went in to get correct item. I was the only one at the counter and was completely ignored for a few minutes. When finally acknowledged, the person didn’t apologize that they got the order wrong, instead was laughing and yelling to co-workers that she figured out where the missing food item went. I received my replacement junior bacon cheeseburger, opened it only to have burnt bacon pieces fall out. I bit into it, and it was crunchy because the remaining bacon on it was burnt. It was terrible, but the service was even worse.

I just went through the drive-through at this location. I have to say the customer service here is absolutely horrible! Didn’t even acknowledge that I was really a guest! When I asked for a pack of honey mustard just handed it out the window and never said thank you have a nice day none of that stuff. Maybe they should re-train them on customer service!

We waited 25 minutes at the pick up window last Friday with no explanation or apology. Then to add insult to injury, the full size Apple Pecan Salad had HALF of the chicken portion that is usual. Then we finally get home to eat and find almost no meat in the 7.19+.45 salad. Will skip this location in the future.
