Called the Wendy’s. Asked the manager what dressing came with the salad, she said champagne vinaigrette … which I already knew. I told her I was given ranch and asked if they were out of bacon. She said they’re not out of bacon, so I just didn’t get it. I said please let your drive thru person know to be telling people 1. They’re out of the dressing and chicken. She said they are. No they’re not. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. Way to go. If I could give zero stars I would. I live to far away to come back. If they were busy I would understand but there were 2 cars in front of us and no one behind us.
Ordered the strawberry summer salad…
Was told at the pay window the “grilled chicken” was down. I was offered breaded chicken or spicy breaded chicken. I said no chicken is fine. Was given NO discounts.
Then got my strawberry salad with RANCH dressing! And NO bacon.
Disgusting. No thanks Irvine Wendy’s.

Always great chili that is hot and tastes great however there were pieces of meat in it so big that it made me sick to look at. Potato was a little over done and turning brown inside, but just picked around at it

Food is usually pretty good here. The service could definitely be better and less attitude would be much appreciated. They also DO NOT stay open til 12am. So don’t even pay attention to their online hours because they’re incorrect.

This restaurant used to be okay. The last couple times I’ve went there, they’ve either gotten my order completely wrong, or they don’t have most of the toppings or dips or drinks. I’m kind of tired of having to go back and trade my food for something I actually ordered. It gets old quick.

The food is ok. Not really worth what you pay. It’s better to go to the Mexican buffet in Richmond or Giovanni. Better food and you can eat all you want for not much more.
Here you get a burger that isn’t as big as your fist, 4 burnt nuggets and small fries for about the same price. And no, I’m not the one that wanted to eat here. Lol

You can’t get more local than this! I’m a first-timer at Juicy Burger And I’ve heard all the rage about their menu. It did not disappoint! Staff is amazing, they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in and they serve you their best We’ll be back to support them often

Usually closes before 8pm when the hours listed everywhere say 12am, service is usually good but it’s ran by teenagers who just simply are not properly trained, food is hit or miss on freshness and taste.

Check your stuff! I’d say this is the 5th time in a row. We’ve been missing items or it’s been made wrong. And check for your straws. I can’t even count how many times I’ve got back to the house with the food and no straws in the bag. It’s starting to get very annoying and frustrating. I’ll be giving Wendy’s a break for a while personally.
Edit: so tmits been I’d guess a year since I tried Wendy’s and I tried it today. They was out of chili, baked potatoes, spicy chicken and I didn’t check on much of anything else but it took almost 30 minutes to get my 1 combo. They drink tasted watered down and flat.
Looks like Wendy’s is just garbage now and I won’t be going there anytime in the near future.

The chairs was turned up. So you couldn’t set down. They locked the doors after we got inside because they were running out of food. Not very good service. We had to let the employees know when we got done eating. The 100 flavor pop machine, didn’t have all the flavors. They had poor upkeep. Out of stuff to sale. Management needs to get it all back in stock. Went back yesterday 8/3/2023 and one of the younger girls that worked there was seating in the dinning room vapping ( smoking). Also the pop machine still doesn’t work and the cashier said it would be 30 minute wait for a bake potato I thought it was none smoking. We want be back or recommend anyone else to eat there.
