The drive thru cashier was extremely rude while taking my order. Very negative experience and couldn’t take simple directions. Wasn’t very nice either at the window where I paid for my order. The only positive thing I have to say after being at the window is after she aggressively handed my card back she said have a good night. And after I get back to the motel that I’m staying at which is literally two blocks away my sandwiches are cold and the bun is stale the chicken nuggets seem like they’ve been sitting for 15 minutes to 20 minutes outside of a heat lamp the only thing that was fresh in this order was my French fries needless to say I’m not going back here again

Just ordered the Ghost Pepper Chicken and as you can see, the chicken is burnt and hard as a rock. Super thin, about 90% bread. By far the worst order ive gotten from Wendy’s. Do better.

Super friendly service. And our fine in items were made to order quickly. Bathrooms are a bit cramped but clean.
Tables/booths could’ve been wiped down better. Not a very busy location but close to lots of other shops and stores.

I am very annoyed with the lady that took my order! A white girl short blonde hair a karen cut & older in age! I called the store to get her name and they did not answer. Anyway the description should explain her. I finish ordering and want to scan for points on my friends phone, she rudely says wait and asks what else am i getting. Which i was not getting anything else hence why i was trying to scan for reward points. She looked very dumb and then ended up scanning my friends phone. She gave me 2 drink cups, I was standing by the counter waiting for my friend to order. my friend said she was ready to order and when she started saying her order the lady cuts her off saying you gotta wait. Then she cut my friend off while she’s trying to order. The employee says, “you can go get your drinks now.” i say okay continuing to stand next to my friend. She said it again! So i say ‘im waiting for my friend to finish her order’ Because why the hell is she so persistent on me getting my drinks on HER time. Just weird and rude.

Food was good, no vanilla Frosty mix, burgers were a bit salty but fries and chicken were good. Bathrooms need work, dinning room was somewhat clean.

We’d had a late day and wanted the “Double Stacked Baconater” and some fries. It was 11:30 pm and the place didn’t close until 12:00 am. We pull up to the drive through and wait, the person in front of us goes through, we get no response, drive to the window, get stared at. So I call and the “manager” tells me this didn’t happen. So we put in or order and it was the most horrible thing. The pic I’ve added is compared next to a regular bic lighter. You’d think since it was near closing and we were right there to get our food, it would be a bit more fresh. And that burger has extra bacon…yes paid for extra bacon. I don’t know where the extra went.
This was the most disappointing meal I have ever gotten from there and because of the service I received, I doubt I will go back, especially anytime soon.

The wait is ridiculous and the food is never right. There were three cars in the drive through and it took us 20 minutes to get our food. Then after that my husband still had to go back in because they forgot something.

The service still sucks for lack of a better word. We went for breakfast today thinking maybe just maybe it may be better but it’s even worse. What they consider a biscuit and gravy is insane. The drive thru employee even told us it took so long because they had to make more gravy. To give to who, bacause it wasn’t us.

This location is pretty good for a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive thru a little before 12 on a Monday and it took 9 minutes to get through the line. Not a great time but not terrible. The food was worth the wait, bread was fresh and soft, veggies were pretty crisp, the meat was the star. They were plump and juicy. I’m not much on fries so I won’t dive into that, other than to ask if you could put a ketchup pack in with the fries or ask if I need any.
