Not focused on excellence at the drive through. Left sandwiches out of the bag. Two phone calls and three days later I’m still waiting for a return call or refund. They seem to be worried about getting scammed out of two hamburgers. Great food if you can get it.

Went through the drive through and ordered a pretty good size order for the family, last night. The gentleman that took our order was very kind and though it took a few minutes to get the food (which is expected), the team at this Wendy’s didn’t miss a beat. Food was good and still hot when we got home. Recently moved and where we are from, the Wendy’s is awful and you’re always missing half your order. This Wendy’s was top notch and thank you guys, we will be back!

Frankly I have to give Wendy’s props for having one of the best fast food Burger combos of the lot. I ordered a double cheese combo with fries and unsweet tea. There was a long line at the drive-thru and I was able to get through, order, pay and get my food in about 10 minutes. The quick turnaround was surprising because of the long line. For the money, this is a really good hamburger and french fry combo. The staff was courteous, efficient and processed my order correctly. The only criticism is that I was not offered catch up to go with my fries. I would definitely eat at this Wendy’s again.

I went up last week and the doors were locked at 7:00 am even though the dining room is supposed to open at 6:00 am. I was stuck in the drive-thru instead.
Today, it took 3 minutes to order once I got to the speaker because they are woefully under staffed with one person working both the front counter and the drive thru window.
Not sure if this was one of Junior Bridgeman’s former stores or not, but ownership/Management is failing the store and the brand. His stores did not have this bad of service when he was the owner.
Chick-Fil-A is more expensive, but worth it going forward for me.

Everything was good, food was done correctly. Salads were a bit yucky as they had the bottom of the lettuce head the core inside the salad. And the apples were s bit smushy. Oh well, cookies were yummy.

I’d love to give 0 stars, but the food we got was good. Other than the pink lemonade being regular lemonade. One whole meal missing…there’s a reason that there’s a screen right there to make sure that you have everything BEFORE you hand it out! The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to!

I scheduled an order for pickup through the Wendy’s app but they processed it immediately, so I had to drive to Wendy’s an hour earlier than I’d planned so that I could pick up burgers that had been sitting there for 20 min. Not a fan.
