First time visiting this Wendy’s. Ordered and ate in the dining room, which only had one person eating in. For the record I’m really beginning to not enjoy giving reviews lately. The passed few have not been good and I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. So I will make this quick and short as possible. First the staff was friendly enough, so no complaints there. But the soda machine was in a very dirty condition. It looked like there had been an soda explosion of some sort. It was also out of HiC, Coke, and ice machine was not working. The ketchup dispenser was empty also empty. The e countertop whew…. I didn’t set my tray down on it, if that tells you something. The table we found was fairly clean though we did need to pass over a couple that needed to be wiped down. The floors we sticky, and some scattered pieces of napkins and straw paper told me it hadn’t been swept for several hours, if not all day. So when we got our food, my expectations weren’t very high. Surprisingly, the food was delicious! The double cheeseburger was perfect, fries were hot and great. So it ended up working out. Hopefully, this review will bring attention to the staff to be aware that not many people want to eat in an unclean dining room, I hope whomever was involved in the explosion of soda is doing ok.

When we first pulled in, it was after midnight and the place looked closed. So we drove around the building, only to see someone in the window, so my bf stopped and asked if they were open. We pulled back around to the drive thru and Ordered. I got the Junior Bacon chz Burger. Missing the bacon. You have absolutely no one there, how can you mess an order up other than not paying attention

The food was eh at best but the restaurant was warm and extremely clean, the staff very friendly and the service expedient. Typical of Wendy’s, price was near robbery and I’m also sorry it wasn’t; the gun would have been easier to chew.

Went to this Wendy’s and ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Not a complex order. I was pulled forward, sat in my car for 10 minutes, had to GO IN to get my food. Handed my bag. The fry container was 1/3 way filled with uncooked fries. They replaced the fries. Then I get home and go to eat the rest of my food and it was literally cold to the touch.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Customer service is slow as a snail and that’s constant. Inside was so dirty. Watched as the young kid doing the fries dump out old fries into the new fries.

Although I stood at the counter for a minimum of five minutes and was the only one standing there, no one ever acknowledged me or offered to take my order. This was after I visited the restroom and found the soap dispenser broken and laying on the sink and other issues. Certainly not what I am used to at the Wendy’s in my area. I left without ever getting food so I am not able to rate that.

There is some sketchy stuff going on at this location. Not one but TWO employees took off with our payment card out of sight. They “forgot” to ring up some of the order so just gave it to us. We immediately locked down the card account. Use caution. A previous visit last year, an employee had put our card in their pocket “on accident”. This was the explanation when I asked for it back, they pulled it out of their pocket and handed it to me. Wendy’s apparently will hire anybody.
