SERIOUS QUESTION??? Is this Wendy’s EVER gonna get better? If this store was ran better. It would be such a high volume store. But nobody wants to come here because the service is the SLOWEST of any fast food I’ve ever been too. The amount of cars a see pull off cause the get tired of waiting is astounding. I like right done the street so I come back every few weeks in hopes it gets better but it doesn’t at all. I don’t wanna be that guy that says I worked in the industry. I know how it goes. But I am I’m a general manager at a fast food restaurant. I don’t expect all restaurants to be as fast as we are. Our average speed of service is 180 seconds that’s from speaker to done. But every time I come here, it doesn’t matter if there’s one car ahead of me no cars ahead of me 10 cars ahead of me. I’m waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes At a minimum. I’ve told him a couple times they said they were closed for shift change. I just wanted to get better. Not only for me, but for the community. I don’t want to see a close its doors. This location has very much potential. It’s on a very busy road and it caters to this community. I doubt anybody will read this or respond. I would just rather come here much more often than every few weeks or months Because I know the service is gonna suck

I have ordered using the mobile app a few times. 2 delivery and 3 pickup. Out of those 5 orders, 4 times my order was wrong. It’s like they decided what to give you. I always have at least 1 missing item and 1 item exchanged for something that I didn’t order. Also the manager doesn’t live up to her promises for a refund and then lies about it. I wouldn’t recommend ordering food from here if you want it because you’ll probably get something you didn’t order and have something else missing.

Today during lunch, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. After waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, I remained patient. However, when someone finally came on the speaker, he was immediately rude. I ordered three items, and instead of a courteous response, he hit me with a sarcastic “I mean, do you need anything else?” in a very nasty tone.
At the window, I wasn’t greeted at all. He simply held out his hand for payment. I still remained polite and said “Thank you” when he returned my card, he rolled his eyes and then slammed the window shut after handing me my food.
It’s unclear if he was upset by earlier customers, but his attitude was completely uncalled for. On top of that, the food was terrible: the fries were cold, the strawberry Frosty had chocolate in it, and the mango lemonade had visible crumbs (not pulp) at the bottom. I called several times to speak to someone but received no answer.
The person who served me was a white male, had tattoos, was on the heavier side, and clearly had no interest in being respectful or professional.
This was unacceptable. I ended up throwing everything away and won’t be returning. Please address this, this level of service is unacceptable.

Went to pick up my carry out I ordered on the app to find the restaurant empty. There are no signs to indicate closure, nothing. I need a refund!

Employees was nice and friendly. I ordered me the chicken sandwich medium fry and a strawberry lemonade. And my food was piping hot and fresh. Which you can see my chicken sandwich is almost eating up.

The food was good and hot but why in the world did I have to wait 30 mins to get 3 biggie bags?!? That was ridiculous!! Never had to wait that long at any other Wendy’s. 2nd time I’ve been there and had gave them the benefit of doubt. That location needs a lot of training.

Awful. They can’t even get an order right. The coke machine doesn’t work. They burnt my nuggets and the fries were undercooked and cold out of the fryer. Instead of the baconator I paid for they gave me an undercooked double with everything but bacon on it.
