This review is for the NEW Frosty Fusion. My husband and I tried the new Frosty Caramel Swirl a couple wks ago. We were quite puzzled bc it was more like a milkshake bc it was so thin! So today, we tried the NEW Frosty FUSION. My husband tried the Strawberry PopTart FUSION. I had the Caramel Crunch FUSON. BOTH Frostys were thin runny milkshakes! I said something to the Mgr abt WHY were the Frostys soo thin and rec’d the reply that their machine wasn’t working correctly. My issue is… IF YOU KNOW YOUR FROSTY MACHINE ISN’T WORKING CORRECTLY… WHY DON’T CALL YOUR MAINTENANCE DEPT TO CORRECT THE ISSUE!! We eat at this Wendy’s regularly. Food is always hot and fresh. These new FROSTYS… NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

I’ve been patient with the Wendy’s in Columbia, but tonight’s the last straw. Every time I go to Wendy’s around 10pm to 10:30pm, my food is always cold. It’s consistently cold and never fresh. The GM needs to reevaluate their employees and get rid of the ones who don’t care about their job. Now I see why Wendy’s in Columbia has a 3.7.

Can’t say I’ve always had the best experience at this location but I went there to get breakfast and my experience with the morning crew was surprisingly different, they were kind, prompt and the food was fresh and hot. Especially the manger Susan, she helped make the visit exceptional, very accommodating. Genuine smiles are always a great way to start the day. Please keep her around !!!

Yet again unacceptable food , apple pecan salad, not complete, no blue cheese, ordered a full size salad very little lettuce and the lettuce was in it was soured and spoiled. If this is a franchise store someone else needs to be running it.

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. They gave me no straw with my drink, when I told them they forgot my couple barbecue sauces the worker proceeds to huff and give me one sauce. I tell her thank you and she just shuts the window. My chicken sandwich was chewy and hard. This place is terrible.

Food is wonderful, when they get it right. They usually don’t, either forgetting something or messing the order up. I can forgive that because they have ice cream and wonderful salads and burgers.
