I waited in the drive through line over 30mins. After 10-15mins Inwas already frustrated but figured I’d see it through since I’ve already waited so long . Finally get up to the box and wait a legit 8 mins before someone says anything. I started keeping time at this point. All i wanted was a $5 meal and was kept waiting at the window for my food for another 9mins! I ask the lady in the window who considers herself the manager how much longer will it be to receive my food. She doesn’t even answer my question but snaps back at me you want a refund?! I’m like no i asked HOW LONG and she closed the window on me. All that wait to get barely hot soggy fries, hard spicy nuggets, and a sandwich without the pickles when i specifically asked for extra pickles! Horrible experience and horrible food.

Everybody standing around on their phones and will not even welcome me to Wendy’s. They never say thank you when they hand you your bag and a drink. Drive thru person has a filthy rag in her hand when she gets to the window.
