There is no reason why a human should be so rude to another human especially simply for asking for extra ketchup. FYI no human EVER that likes ketchup on their fries will tell you that 2 packets is enough for a large fry. I understand that these fast food companies want to give as little as possible to raise profit margins BUT they do not want the employees being rude to customers. I have eaten here once or twice per week for the past 2 years or so and I will never return because of how rude this lady was.

Dave’s Double was cold, totally unacceptable,I gave them time to remake it. It took 20 minutes to get my food.Order a Chili which was totally horrible. The chili taste old/spoiled, with a profound sour taste. I will NEVER visit this location EVER AGAIN.

Yikes. This place needs some work. Missed out on the 2 for $6. So I went back to ask the cashier. Since I didn’t mention it when I ordered I can’t get it. And I got fries and a drink so it would cost more. How crazy. But I don’t have time to train Wendy’s cashier. So I’ll just pay double. I’m just glad I got some food. Both the kids hamburger meals had cheese. Charged me for a cheeseburger no cheese when I ordered a hamburger. And the people who work here don’t. understand.

Three times now different times different months I have come here and get sick this last time I got really sick and my neighbor she ordered food from here as well the same night and she got sick she is vomiting me my stomach is so cramped it feels like someone gut punch me I have not had diarrhea or vomiting yet but I wouldn’t put it past it in the end someone needs to check on the meat quality and find out if there is rotten food in the freezer something needs to be done!
