We ate lunch at Wendy’s. My husband ordered the chef salad with the vinaigrette dressing. He was very happy with it! I ordered the #6 of spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and iced tea. The food was nice and hot and the fries were thin and yummy. The servers seemed disorganized and confused. Regardless, lunch was very good.

I am about at the end of my Wendy’s journey.
The girl at the pay windswiped my card 4 times because she didn’t have the card facing the correct way. Sometimes that causes a problem with the bank because they think it’s stolen. So thanks for that.
Then I ordered a crispy chicken biggy bag with root beer.
They didn’t have my order ready and you would think that would meanthe food would be hot. You would be wrong. It wasn’t at all hot. Barely warm. And the girl handing orders out the window tried to give me a red drink, not my drink.
And they think they deserve $15 an hour. I disagree.

Ordered a Biggie double stack combo on ubereats. The app made me select a dipping sauce but no nuggets delivered or even listed as reportable on the app’s customer service site. What exactly was the dipping sauce for. Strike 3 Wendy’s.

My Friend walked from the hotel beside the Wendy’s to go inside at 8:20 pm on a Saturday. A worker locked the door in his face and wouldn’t let him in. Workers were laughing at my friend. Two thumbs down.

We always have to ask for our food to be cooked fresh. They can’t get that one simple thing right. What I got was a dried up, over cooked double stack. The cheese wasn’t melted, so there is no way it was cooked fresh. This is every time we go to this location (1240 state Street), there is always a problem with the food being fresh.
This is unacceptable! I will not return until there is new management and staff! SMH!

My burger was good and they were pretty fast, despite how busy they were. Only complaint was that we both asked for “No Onions” but when we got back to the office discovered that they still put onions on both burgers. So, check your orders before you head-out!
