I came here for Baconator fries & a Large Strawberry Lemonade. Ordered on the app, went through the drive though. They pulled me down. I check my fries before I pull off & this is what they gave me. I went back in to get this corrected, manager don’t seem to care at all. No apology. Didn’t correct nobody. Another employee remade my fries but not before laughing in my face & taking over 30 minutes to remake it. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s the night shift, but this shift is full of kids & a manger who do not care at all. It’s ridiculous. I won’t be back here during this shift for a long time.

I got two biggie bags nothing major, they forgot one of my fries so I return to get the missing fry still not a big deal. The female cashier finally asks me what’s the issue after about 2 minutes of the entire staff staring and not saying a word to me,INCLUDING THE MANAGER! I tell her about the fries she says ok, I continue to wait for at least 3-5 more minutes for a value fry that I still haven’t received so after I start showing im losing patience another team member asks the cashier what I was waiting on . She then says oh yeah just a fry .
Aside from being treated like I wasn’t a priority as a customer I fault the female manager who made eye contact with me 3 times and not once made contact with me but instead let me stand there waiting on crew member’s with no guidance. Don’t be a manager if you’re not going to prioritize the customer simple. It wasn’t a big deal until I had to wait an extended time on fries that should have been in my bag when I first received the order. Sad

It’s ridiculous how rude the management and staff are. How are you mad at me when you rung my order up wrong and I asked for a receipt? The girl on the headset talking about she didn’t hear my order correctly but running off at the mouth. If you would listen and repeat the order then maybe you could have gotten it correctly. Also, the manager told me I couldn’t get a receipt. It’s a receipt given to me once I pay for my order?!?! All the had to do was apologize for the mistake and made a simply correction. Getting an attitude with the customer when you are in the wrong is beyond me. They need better training for the managers and staff.

Please start opening the restaurant oON TIME. That’s all I want. Been coming here for years because the service & food is great! Recently, (about 2 months) they randomly open 30 -40 minutes late & randomly close the lobby doors. Yesterday night was one of their worst days & TODAY it happened again. Starting to become like the Wendy’s on County Line & they’re horrible

No point in trying to eat here anytime after like 10:30. Stays open till 1 am but you’ll just sit there feeling dumb. I wouldn’t post about it if it had only happened once but it’s been a few times now. Go ahead and either change those hours or actually have people working.

Food was great although they left out a part on the order. The wait time was long with them looking like they were unstaff. The lobby was great and overall a good experience.

We ordered 2 baked potatoes, 1 combo meal, nuggets and 2 chilis but we did not get the 2 chilis and the nuggets and the fries we spent $27 when I called the lady hang up on me!!!!

The food quality is pretty good compared to other locations, but over the years they have consistently gotten worse at getting an order correct. Even after going in to get them to make the right thing, they put other customers in front of me and made it wrong again. Wendy’s is one of my favorite chains, but I’m going to have to 86 this one if they can’t get their act together.

After a late night of fun , you tend to be a little hungry & a lot of places are not open . Wendy’s is usually my go to . Now I haven’t came on here and wrote any reviews on my decent experiences, and I’ll take that into account . But tonight was an ABSOLUTE disappointment. We get to the drive thru & no one is there to take our order . We holler “hey , hello , hey , are you there ?” And no answer. We proceed to the window to see what’s going on . I’m thinking “maybe the intercom isn’t working” . We pull up & there’s a lady standing there on her phone and she looks to see us at the window but doesn’t move to inform us on anything . We waited. A lady who looked like she came from the bathroom comes to the window & says “I’ll be right with you” . A minute later she says , “I just got back and they said that something is wrong in the back of house.” Are you serious?! All this time we could’ve went somewhere else . And I bet there was nothing wrong with anything . Y’all just didn’t want to work anymore . I’m appalled. I’m not even upset with the girl who tried to take care of us . It’s the one that was sitting there doing absolutely nothing . You seen us & didn’t want to say anything? I don’t care if you was working the “front” , there’s nobody in the restaurant to assist so you’re supposed to help wherever needed . People are selfish & self-centered . It’s infuriating .
