THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE BACON FOR THE BACON CHEESEBURGERS….SMALL & MEASLY BURGER AT THAT, AS YOU CAN SEE. MY HUSBAND PAID FOR DRINKS, & THEY GAVE HIM THE CUPS, KNOWING THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE DRINKS….JUST HAD TEA!!! They should at least go to another Wendy’s and get the products that they are out of, just like McDonald’s does! Makes us think they’re owned by the hotel across the street because they’re out if everything as well. ***SHUT DOWN IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE FOOD!!!!!!***

everytime i go to this wendy’s the employees always have an attitude they shouldn’t work there if they don’t have customers service like what then then they don’t tell you the price of your food they always out of something and they get an attitude when you ask for a receipt. fix it before i do.

I went through the drive thru where I ordered a number 13 large with a Dr. Pepper, 2 parmesan Caesar salads and a ten piece nugget combo. Which was a complete joke through the speaker so 8 get to the window to pay and the guy tells me my total and I ask for him to repeat my order. He can’t read what I’m supposed to have and calls for back up. After making a minor correction and thinking everything was ok, I pay and pull forward. Then I look over my receipt to find they had the wrong salads entirely. So I asked the lady standing inside the window and after a little black and forth she asks me to pull forward. So I do, and we wait and wait and wait and finally I unload my 3 children to go inside and demand a refund because this wait was asinine. As I walked up to the counter she say the chicken just got done for the salads. And was ready to send us in our way, when I had to remind her we still didn’t have our drinks. She did give us a couple extra cups… But then I get home to find my youngest daughter got an 8 piece rather than a 10 piece that I paid for… And I’m am livid!

We enjoy the dining room at lunchtime which is usually not busy. Tables are usually clean and drink machine has worked most of the time. Overall solid A grade!! Nice employees too!

Please get a new staff. I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered food and not received what I paid for. This has happened both at the store and via DoorDash. I understand that rush periods exist but how hard is it to read an order off a screen?
