The employees at the Hwy 51 Madison, Ms store need to be more attentive to details. My chicken ranch wrap (#5) had no ranch sauce in the wrap (dry but good otherwise) and my wife’s order didn’t have the requested packet of sweet and sour sauce for her chicken nuggets.

Number 6 was not fresh hard to tear off pieces of the chicken… Shorted us one large French fries and no napkins and the drive through took forever with only 2 cars ahead of us… not pleased. This one is going down the hill rapidly. On another visit, 20+ minute wait in the drivethrough with only 2 cars ahead of us… order was correct though and food was good.

When I spend money, I expect to get what I pay for. This is what they gave me today… Burned nuggets! Then I was supposed to get 10, they only have me 9. I asked for my receipt, the machine is broken! Now I’m beginning to think the machine will always be broken because the service is always so terrible that the reviews from the surveys are bad. Every visit which is often I have to ask for my receipt. Look at these burned nuggets. My camera actually makes them look better I’m too hungry for this man, no sour cream, no plastic utensils or napkins another thing… Why have promotions if they have a problem with scanning your phone? ♀️

Really bad service. I don’t understand the point of taking app and online orders when your display screen for pickup orders isn’t even plugged in and the table for online orders isn’t being used. Dave Thomas would be rolling in his grave.
