My twins had a basketball game last Tuesday 2/3/26.. afterwards I took them and 2 of their friends to Wendy’s in Fulton. We got there about 9:45 pm. After waiting to place an order for about 10 minutes the lady told us the lobby was closed and we’d have to go through the drive through. So we went to the drive through. I told the lady I had 4 orders and needed them all in separate bags (that’s originally why we went inside in the first place) she proceeded to say “I’m supposed to tell you we can do it but it only 3 of us working so I don’t know.” I asked her what did she mean by that and her rude response was “what can I get you”.. totally ignoring my question. So I told her never mind we’ll go somewhere else. The boys reached out to their teacher who’s wife is a GM for another store. She told me she would make it right and that the GM Ronnie (I think that’s his name) wanted to talk to me. I never received that call.. shout out to the manager at the other Wendy’s for trying.. I’ll never go to Fulton again! I waited to post this review to see if anyone would get in contact with me but no one did. So here’s my review! Please don’t contact me now. You all don’t care about your customers at all

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experience anywhere. I am not a person that typically leaves bad reviews, but this was too bad not to. I placed a mobile order, get to the window and they tell me they are closed. No one even offers an explanation. Just that they are closed. I’m sorry what Wendy’s closes at 4pm? I knock on the door to which, a very rude man with two nostril piercings says, “we don’t have your money” and SLAMS the door. STOP TAKING MOBILE ORDERS IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE RANDOMLY and I STILL have not gotten my money back either. During the holidays, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Just being honest, I don’t think Wendy’s can be five stars. The burgers aren’t that good but if you get the biggie bag for six dollars that’s the best value anything else really isn’t worth the money.

My order was done through mobile app. I went to the drive thru to pick it up. There was one car in front of me. We waited quite a while only to get cold food and a half full container of fries. This location definitely needs to work on time you wait in the drive thru, and temperature of food.

I am pretty appalled at the food I had received the other night on 09/22/21. I ordered the new cheddar bacon burger, two of them. The pic on the left is my wife’s and I must say that there was ALOT not on it. The pic on the right is from the Wendy’s in Tupelo and as you can see, there is a huge difference. In Fulton, there was no coleslaw, no onion rings, no sauce whatsoever, and barely ANY bacon. The meat was also not the best. I understand it was almost closing time, and I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews and I am not a complainer but I think that this is something that should be really addressed and fixed! It may not seem like anything big to go online about and it may not be, but me and my wife were traveling late and were hungry, and decided to eat from the one place made available to us. These burgers were not exactly the cheapest. At least 13$ for both. 6$ each, plus tax, for both of them. I’m not gonna lie I was pretty disappointed from a tasty looking sandwich I was looking forward to, and probably could’ve spent my hard earned money for something more worth it. That’s all.

Were greeted immediately upon walking in, food was hot and delicious. It is the Christmas season and they were all decorated with Christmas music. Absolutely will go back and will make the drive from Birmingham, Al.

This is the new Wendy’s and it looks great (well it’s new). The employees are nice and the restaurant was clean. Although the women’s restroom was closed and a sign posted saying use the men’s…. But the food was great. It’s a good location too, not too far from the interstate (I-22).
