They usually forget things and I have to circle back. This last visit I even asked if she could double check, she insisted all the sauces and etc were in the bag, they indeed were NOT in the bag. So I had to circle around. I’d say if they work on their hospitality and quality of food , they could do some amazing things for their community and visitors. As a visitor myself because I’m not from here, I’d say just work on being nice. People don’t come to order their food with attitude, I definitely didn’t and I prefer my sauces on the side not your bad day projecting on to me. Now with that being said, I do think I made a nice creation with what I bought. I also think you guys have potential to be happier, so go forth and do well.

The staff is so kind, we asked them for EXTRA ONION and they delivered a 1000%. This one is our spot, we come like 3 times a week. Very clean too. There is that fun drink machine with over 100,000 possible flavors , Thanks Miss Rhonda, Miss Hannah, Miss Faith, and Miss Ashley!!! Plus there chilly is to LIVE for.

This is nothing against the workers, either.
If you go through the drive through, which is always a huge risk, be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes sitting. The two times I have done a mobile order and got stuck behind one, yes 1, vehicle, I sat waiting for 19 minutes each time. 19 minutes. For fast food. For fast food that was $25 for a family of three.
If there are any cars visible in the drive through, just go in and ask for your food. Trust me.
I’m a really nice and patient person, but that is slightly egregious. We aren’t talking super fresh or home made food, you know?
Again, this isn’t meant to be rude or mean, but a message to the owner/management regarding efficiency.

I went through the drive thru order a 3.piece chicken strip meal with sweet tea to drink after sitting in line for nearly 15 min finally got to the window to pay for my food they hands me my food then the drink I asked him was that tea okay it looks watered down his response was yes it’s fresh that’s just how it looks cause the cup is cold that tea tasted and smelled like it had a sour dish rag in it that tea was awful why lie and say it’s fresh just make right the first time I was inquiring about the way it looked for a reason

Went through drive through. Ordered a Number 8 with lettuce or tomato, Large Sprite Zero, Xtra Ice.
Got to the window, I asked if she had put straws in the bag, she said yes.
No straws in the bag, the number indeed had lettuce and tomato. She never rang it up that way. Food was cold.
This isn’t the first time.
I’ll never go back to this Wendy’s. Ever.

On Feb 8, 2026 -we arrived at 5:23pm did NOT get our food til 6:24pm!!!! IN ORDER TO LEAVE A REVIEW I had to leave a 1 star. They do not need 1 star! Got to the window and the man in Dr thru never apologized- nothing!!! I can assure you one thing I will Never Go There Again! Poor Management, Poor customer service -I would highly urge one to go inside if you plan on eating there. Once you get in the dr thru lane you cannot get out unless you are driving a truck where you can jump the curb!!! Terrible Experience

The apple pecan salad was put together with the most minimal effort. They forgot the goat cheese which is a part of the salad. The girl at the cash register taking are order was an airhead you had to repeat the must simple things to at least 10 times. Plus the new decor is super cold and unfriendly. It resembled a bus station. We won’t be going back until things improve.

Didn’t get what I ordered and it took forever just to be given the wrong food. The chicken sandwiches were old and dry and just thrown together. Not worth my time. First time going to this location.

Came in to eat. Manager uses the bathroom, washing hand and there aren’t any paper towels. Instead of getting some the just left it empty. Cashier not to worried about us ordering, since we stood there for atleast 5 minutes. Drink machine empty. Hamburger is good. Overall since this changed hands about 5 yrs ago, it has gone down hill
