So nothing else was really open on a Sunday. I decided to try the Queso Fries which had the texture of Vomit. They weren’t hot, the shredded cheese on top wasn’t melted. The coke was flat, and the cheese on the burger wasn’t melted. As for the atmosphere, some guy was walking in and out and yelled across the restaurant, “why you looking at me like you know me, you don’t know me.” Got in a car, turned up a beer, got out and tried to open another 2 cars doors, went back to his and got a gun. We ran out and left! Food barely touched and after that, I’ll never eat at a Wendy’s again.

The people are very courteous, & nice. I only go here to buy the mini Frosties. I just love their flavors chocolate, peppermint when it’s available, & strawberry. To me the Frosties are very refreshing & affordable especially if you get the Mini’s. I eat 1 a day or one a week but they are really good !

Me and my children ate at Wendy on 11/23 and when I say the food was horrible! I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal my chicken sandwich was soaked in oil my fries where brown not golden brown than on top of that my fries where cold I order my daughter the spicy nugget meal with honey bbq sauce her nuggets and fries where both cold my son had a kids meal his fries which was cold it was a guy running drive threw and front counter by himself but he had 5 other workers in there as well one was on the fries and nugget while the younger lady was bagging food than it was a older lady who where fixing the burger who had a nasty attitude to her coworker “the guy running drive and front “ he was trying to let her know how I wanted my sandwich she got mad so he asked her where is my sandwich she yelled it’s on the board u got to come get it I looked over that I thought maybe she was having a bad day . Can yall please get that store some help I don’t even come to gvill to eat only was passing threw this would have never happened to me if I was in Cleveland

They just suck i dont see any other way to put it.. Staff should make sure people’s orders are accurate before they have the nerve to rudely rush people and throw their food out the window the only thing right was the Sprite.

On 9/19/24, I stopped in at Wendy’s 1704 Highway 82 E (Greenville,MS).
I have managed Fast Food before, so expect any host in direct contact with the public to be courteous.
Host: Kimeshia never greeted me but motioned with her hand. I placed an order for 3 items in which she seemed confused as to what a Jr. Hamburger plain meant. I explained to her that it is a burger w/o any toppings. She gets upset and insists that’s not a menu item. Simply ask a coworker or supervisor for assistance.
Bottled water was also apart of the water. She brings me a bottle of OJ, that I cannot digest. I told her I order water. She states: Well, we don’t have any. She can be heard muttering that she has to walk to the back to get the water.
That experience has turned me completely off from eating at Wendy’s again!

The food is what it is but service is so out of bounds nowadays that it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if all fast food restaurants closed their doors for good . Orders are almost always wrong and when you get to the window you’re facing an angry person on the other side ! What the hell is wrong with the younger generation in fast food service? When you get looked at as if you did something wrong by ordering food from the window attendant I think it’s time to give up on change for the better .

I always receive freshly made food from this location, unfortunately there is always a line to wait in for drive thru that seems to take an extensive time to get through. Your best bet is to go inside to get your meal. Overall, customer service is awesome and bathrooms are very clean.

Very busy, both inside and at the drive – thru. Surprisingly though, not only did I wait under 8 mins. for my meal, but it was fully cooked as well, lol. Workers looked pained, but they did their job quickly and efficiently. Dining room was clean and the restroom smelled sanitized. Good customer experience.

Employees were extremely professional. Food was hot. Drinks were cold. Tea was sweet (wink). Lobby was spotless! Trash cans were empty. Bathrooms were clean. Parking lot was nice. Ketchup and drink area was clear. All the drinks were available. The entire staff was nice to us and to each other!
