This is the worst Wendy’s in America.. Corporate should come in and have a meeting on how the customers should be treated. Every time I visited this Wendy’s somebody’s angry mad and bringing their problems to work with them. The only reason I continue to go to this Wendy’s is because it’s closer to my home.. Management is awful the employees are rude and the food tastes like crap!!

I would like to say first, I’m a huge wendys fan. But what happened?
We ordered a Triple Baconator and a Son of a Baconator.
If I’m not mistaken , a triple should have 3 patties and 6 strips of bacon. My cousins burger did not have 3 meats and maybe 2 bacon.
A Son should have 2 patties and 4 strips of bacon. My burger had 1 patty and 2 strips of bacon on it. It looked more like a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger.
And the sum it up, the burgers and fries were cold.
Did the specs change? Someone please enlighten me.

The people here are very nice, but the reviews are true about them getting orders wrong sometimes. Hasn’t been happening to me for a while now, but just always be sure to check your bag before you leave. Otherwise, love it.
Edit: used to be five stars, but the newer staff are unhelpful. There was a lady who wasn’t even waiting on any food, because she already got her order, then just stayed parked for a while, and there were no cars in front of her, but she wouldn’t move up.
Employees didn’t bother to ask her to move up even after I asked them to ask the lady to move up because she wouldn’t move up for me and just stayed parked for a while….

FOOD WAS NASTY AND OLD! I went in today at 3:50pm and told the manager my food was cold instead of cooking it fresh she heated it in the microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this location!!

Went here today around 3pm. First off it’s filthy. The drink machine looks as if it hasn’t been washed in months. The floor is filthy. Trash overflowing. However, the real issue is the fact that it took 25 minutes to service 3 sets of customers and we didn’t even order anything out of the ordinary. I watched 2 employees, 1 of which was a manager, in the back talk for the entire visit about absolutely nothing. 1 employee texted on her phone nonstop while attempting to service customers at the drive-thru in between her text sessions. Then she proceeded to go from texting to handling food with no gloves. There was zero teamwork to ensure customer service. 1 young man and lady were running around trying to cover everything. It was simply awful. I know it’s Wendy’s, but it was just unacceptable.

Young lady seemed in a rush to get our order, she told us our total before we were done ordering, when we added more she told us to pull around without giving our total and didn’t read our order back to us. We liked around, we had pickles on the sandwiches we’d asked for no pickles on and they forgot our frosty. Food looked meh, tasted like Wendy’s but soggy.

I come to the Wendy’s in Olive Branch MS on Craft Goodman a couple times a month. I just came in today 7/23/25. I ordered 2 double baconator combos. The sandwiches were Dave’s double. When I took them up I had to tell them what’s supposed to be on a baconator. Why?
