The only thing that was fresh was my spicy chicken sandwich because I went in. I definitely should’ve check all the food. Everything was old and cold as ever. Cheese was on one corner of my baconator fries. Definitely a no for me. I will not eat again

This place closes at 12 midnight. I went by there at 9:50pm On a Friday night and tried to order a couple Frosties. Was told they dont have Frosties for the rest of the night. How in the world can you not be serving Frosties smh.

Showed up at one wendy’s on goodman at 11:30pm Placed my order want to pay for it. She had took the wrong order. Tried to make me pay for an extra item. I didn’t want so I drove off, Then went to the second location on goodman roat eleven 11:35pm I tried to place an order And was told rudely that they were closed. I asked why when the sun says they don’t close till. Midnight was rudely toed again We’re closed. I asked for the manager she stated. She was the manager. I asked her her name had never heard another word from her!! These two Wendy’s Needs to fire They’re employees for their piss poor service

The lady that took my.order i assume was in leadership due to her uniform. She was rude and lack customer service skills. She tried to cut off my order before I was finished with my order. I asked for half and half tea and was rudely told we dont have tea. I asked another employee who gave the my food if i could have some salt when the same woman cut me off telling me to go get it off a table in the front. I watched her have similar interactions with two other people while I was there. I wont be back to this particular Wendys.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the employee at the window today. Food was asked to be made fresh because my food has been cold the last two times I have visited. It was thrown back in the fryer literally to be made greasy and so called fresh. I did not receive a receipt to be able to make a complaint online. I also had a discount on my account and she wrung up my order wrong and the discount was not applied when she scanned it because she did not listen. She was in a rush and very rude. I would love it if someone reached out to me about this situation. Thank you.

Ordered several items, grilled chicken sandwich was burnt, hard and dry. Said “large frosty” when ordering, got home with a vanilla frosty, up until this point in my life I didn’t even know a vanilla frosty existed. The rest of the food was good and fresh. For $4.79 I expect way more for a grilled chicken sandwich.

Lazy employees. We were the only customers and requested food fresh. Received old meat and old fries. Store was not busy…obviously they just want to BS around on the clock. That’s ok. We won’t be back. I know they don’t GAD because it’s not their business that’s losing money. Also they had nasty attitudes
