The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Ran in to grab some breakfast sandwiches as we were traveling back home. They were not using the counter registers so they were relaying the order to the drive thru cashier. My daughter ordered just a bacon, egg and swiss sandwich and I ordered the same sandwich as a meal. When I said go ahead and make hers a meal they added another meal. So 3 sandwiches total. When I paid I thought it was pricey but waited for my receipt and saw they issue. I didn’t care since I like the sandwich and we had a long road ahead of us. While we waited we got our drinks and the free form Coke machine. Every single product was off in taste and was not drinkable. Had to have the drinks filled in the drive thru. By this time our food was ready and we started to head out but found out they only gave us 2 sandwiches, didn’t bother to read the screen so we had to wait to get our 3rd sandwich. When we finally got our food we got rolling down the road and found out they gave us sausage, egg and cheese instead of bacon and the sausage was burned. For 17 bucks we barely had any of the sandwiches that was edible. I was not about to turn around and go back to a place with shotty service, mark it up as another reason to not eat fast and especially not in MS.

Disgusting! FILTHY restaurant, kitchen, bathroom, floors. Drink containers behind the counter were empty and looked dirty. Toilet paper and paper towels not in their dispensers. Wallpaper hanging off the wall. Nobody in line but we still waited several minutes to be acknowledged. Girl taking our order was completely unintelligible. They got our order wrong. Most of the employees were just standing around. The seasonal fruit in July was just apples. The manager reached into the container with his bare hand to grab some and put them in the container. The kitchen was so gross I can’t imagine they would pass a health inspection. The parking lot was full of garbage too.

There was two cars in front of me but the wait time was ridiculous. 15 minutes to get order,this is not fast food. There is also a curb keeping you in the drive thru so no getting out of line if you just want to leave. I will never return here.

The staff looked bother with our presence. The cashier was sitting in the dining area drinking a soda. Her coworkers came out to get her. The manager cane to fix something at the register and she was on a video phone call. No one said hello or welcome to Wendy’s. It was not a nice experience.

SLOWEST fast food place anywhere. Use to be a great place to eat, not any more, unless you have a free hour to wait in line at any time of the day. If they get the order wrong you will be there two hours to get it right.

This was some of the best Wendy’s I have had in a long time. The kitchen wasn’t very clean at all but the young crew definitely delivered with hot and fresh food.

The service is always extremely slow at the Holly Springs, MS location so do not go if you are in a hurry. The way the drive-thru is built once you get in line you can’t exit. Additionally, there were people who had to sit and wait until cars in front of them were serviced so that they could leave because once they did get up to the speaker to place their order they were told the card machine doesn’t work and only cash was being accepted. Unfortunately there’s no way to exit the drive-thru so they had to sit and wait until everybody else was serviced before they could leave. I’ve noticed other drive- through lanes are built that way. I never understood it. What if someone’s car breaks down. Now everyone is trapped. I think it’s a marketing tool, building it that way so you can’t leave but it’s not very ideal at all.

Have forever and always loved eating lunch at Wendy’s. The chili is great and the baked potato is delicious. A nice, easy spot for a quick tasty lunch. Lots of variety here.

The drive thru cashier was very and impatient taking my order then when I arrived at the window she did not speak and acted as though she was mad that she had to open the windows. No straws were given for our drinks or spoons for chili. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. Never said a word. Needless to say I find another place to spend my hard earned money.
