I just paid $13 for a big bacon classic double. I ordered it with no catsup. What I received was a plain double with cheese and nothing else… no other condiments. It didn’t even have bacon on it. Come on! It’s in the name!

** UPDATE – i tried this place again. I REALLY wish there was a way to reach the district manager bc it got worse. Twice ive ordered pickup and this last time they didnt have a salad I ordered so I asked them to credit my order and not only did they not credit my order they also didnt guve ne the dessert cinnabons i ordered that are like $4+. Im fone dealing with shift managers and they will not connect me to anyone who can help me actually get my money back or address my issues. Stay away abd go anywhere else if you can.

This wendys always has something broken, the floors are very sticky, and they are always out of potatoes. Also, unless you like mayonnaise dripping off of your burger, make sure to order it “light” bc they put WAY too much. PLEASE make sure to check and double check your order also bc it never fails that they forget or mess up at least one thing in my order every time I’ve gone there. During rush hour it is very hard to get into the parking lot unless you are coming from the center of town. Finally, one of the lady shift managers is rude and yells at her trainees and treats them like crap right in front of customers.

Very slow service in drive thru. Wanted to charge an extra 55 cents for bbq sauce for my chicken nuggets which was lukewarm. The manager or cashier probably would have pocketed the money anyway.

We had a baconator combo and a bacon mushroom burger combo. They were both very good. I really hope they keep that mushroom burger around. I think it’s the munster cheese they put in it. I would have given them all five stars but there was an issue. We are both handicapped and in the past week and a half we’ve been there twice and both times the store’s handicapped parking spaces were all full with employees cars. We were fine but there are those that really need to be in those parking spots.

We looked up reviews before we went and the only significant negative reviews we saw were for the long wait time. Well I don’t know about you, but I can stand to wait a bit longer for good food, so we decided to give it a try. Went through the drive through and ordered a bacon burger combo, a chicken sandwich combo, a pineapple frosty, and the Cinnabon pull apart. Well the very first thing we noticed was the long drive through line. Okay, we were prepared for the wait. No big deal! Pull up to the speaker and wait a few more minutes before someone finally comes over the speaker to take our order. Again, no big deal. Here’s the kind of big deal though. This girl wouldn’t even let me finish each sentence before she “is that it?”ed me. I mean, every single thing I ordered was followed very rashly with an “is that it?” As if I was taking up HER time. Ugh… okay, on to the next window. Our drinks were already in the window when we pulled up. And that’s where they sat while we waited some more. (It’s a bit comical at this point, I know) Well the young lady at this particular window was having a much worse night than the first girl and couldn’t even be bothered to look at us let alone be civil. She finally hands us our food and I offer the typical “thank you, have a great night!” Which I’m certain she didn’t hear since she was quick to slam the window closed. Okay… I pull off to the side and check our food. Sandwiches look AMAZING and the fries were fresh as!! Heck yeah! A little waiting pays off, right?! Wrong! We drive home and come straight in to devour our picturesque sandwiches, only to find that the bacon on my BACON burger is so old/burnt I can hardly even chew it! Okay, that really really sucks, but definitely not enough to worry about a review to be honest. I pulled the bacon off and ate the rest of my *very good minus the bacon* sandwich. Well, hubs starts to eat his frosty and says while it tastes good, there’s hardly any pineapple in it! Bummer. Okay, strike 2ish? Well… I reach for my dessert (that Cinnabon that looks so yummy on the posters they have plastered EVERYWHERE) and it’s a dried up ROCK. I’m not kidding yall. It’s like old stale bread with maybe a hint of cinnamon and a drizzle of glaze. What even is this?! I’m so disappointed and I swear I tried to give yall the benefit of the doubt so bad tonight. I truly thought Hernando would come through for me.

When I called about the whole order wrong, the lady I spoke with hung up on me. When I called back she was rude and unprofessional! Very rude! Do better Wendy’s!! I spent $36 I expected to get at least part of my order correct. Customer service was very rude!

Absolutely ridiculous. Night shift crew closes an hour early, shuts off lights when they see me pull up. Please fire the manager and get one that will do the job properly instead of refusing customers because they are lazy

The chili had more spice than normal and there was almost no ground beef in the chili.

Ranks as some of the worst Wendy’s chili I’ve had.

I threw away almost 3/4 of a large portion.

The employees were very nice. I ordered the $5 baggie which was a double bacon cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a medium soda. That was a great price for the amount of food I got. The food was good except the bacon cheeseburger, it wasn’t fresh hamburger. Probably frozen and pre-cooked. The chicken nuggets and fries were good. The bbq sauce was better than other fast food places.

The employee at the front was the rudest fast food worker I’ve seen across many states. Blatantly rude to me while being nice to other customers. Refused to give me my drink and had to ask another employee to receive my drink. When my order came she didn’t say anything on purpose leaving me to believe is was someone else’s food. Ruined my food by letting it get cold. She announced everyone else’s order loud and clear. I was the only customer of Hispanic origin and this definitely feels racially motivated.
