Ordered #2 large and 2 cheese burgers for my dog no respect from this young crew that worked tonight very poor communication they young lady taking the order couldn’t take my order in a timely manner cause she was to busy eating then I get my order my fries was like a small if not smaller after I ordered a large very rude and unprofessional will not go back and this ain’t the first time but a person can only give them so many chances cause I understand some people have off days and make mistakes but not every time you go there so it is like a routine for them to not care about there customers or their job

If I wanted to pay $15 for cold food I would have gone across the road to subway my chicken sandwich tasted like it was cooked at lunch the chicken patty was hard and cold the nuggets were cold and the fries were too I can’t believe that everything that I got from here today 10/15/25 was horrible and I went at supper time so there is really no excuse if the food has been cooked more than a few hours throw it away and make some new food I feel like this shouldn’t have to be said

Received cold food l, girls had an attitude, wasn’t greeted when we walked in. Went to get a drink and as the drink is coming out the machine it smelling like the city dump. Kids running behind the cashier counter. Store looked a mess trash on the floor. Won’t be back!

Actually wasn’t a line today at this Wendy”s, and I know why. They changed the menu up. Gone are the normal hamburger line. Now have 3 new offerings, BBQ combo, Bacon combo, and a Peppercorn melt combo.
So I ordered the BBQ combo dbl meat, biggie fries, Lg Diet coke, and a large Chilli. Chik taking the order, started over 2 times before asking me to pull up. New then, order was going to be messed up
Paid my money, looked at the receipt, and sure enough it was wrong. Billed me for a small drink, small fries. So I told them at the next window, the order was wrong. They say Huh…. I repeated my correct order, got a crazy look, then was told, I ordered it wrong. So I say ok, give me my money back, you keep the order. Manager got involved and said they would upgrade at no charge, so I said cool.
They fixed the issue, handing me the order, and said “Have a nice Day”. I hollar back, Hold up, where is my dang chilli. And they be like, We sorry, and give me my chilli, by now they got a line at the drive through.
So I get back to work, to eat and “Bam”, wait for it …No DBL meat. I said the hell with it, ate it anyway. The missing meat wouldn’t have helped anyway, because it was HORRIBLE….
Only reason they get a 2 stars is because manger did try to fix it.

This is a great Wendy’s. The service is good but the thing that makes this location so good is because it is very spacious and clean. If you ate looking for a quit place to eat some fast food or study (shout out to the CCC students) this is a great location.
