Placed a mobile order for pickup in the mobile order spot. Checked in. Said order would be brought out in five minutes. Waited 16 min. Called the store, explained I’d been waiting in the mobile order pickup for about 16 mins after being told on the app it would be out in five,, manager answered and said “oh we don’t really use those spots, but we have the order on the counter.” (Then why are there several signs stating that you have mobile pickup, and why does your app state that food will be brought out in __ mins???) Went inside, and was informed they’re out of one of my items, told them what I’d like instead, the manager told the girl making food. Watched her ignore the manager and waited an additional 7 minutes before she had it made. She then came over, threw it in the bag, ignored me and went back. At this point I grabbed the bag and left. Drove the 8 minutes home only to find all the food was cold and frostys were horrible and melted. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Every time we have went to this location we’ve had issues between food being made wrong, being given cold food, watching the manager take personal phone calls and cursing whoever was on the other end. Extremely unprofessional, and a major disappointment. Will not be back to this location!!

Had the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. I am not sure what the manager decided my wife and the cashier had done wrong, but I looked at my receipt. The cashier had put down my wife’s order correctly, but it came out wrong. When my wife took it back to be fixed, the manager exploded. When they finally brought my wife’s burger back out 10 minutes later, it was still wrong, but we just let it go. Not sure what Sabrinas’s problem is, but she really needs to control herself better when she is at work. Will NOT be back. Considering calling corporate Wendy’s and making a formal complaint.

Hit or miss. First time I went the line was fast, 4 people in front of me, line kept moving steady. Food was about as good as Wendy’s gets, everything was as ordered. Second time line still moved quick, but order wasn’t as expected. Ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chive, they forgot the sour cream, so no point in the potato. Forgot the straw for the drink. Burger was dry.

This is their idea of a spicy chicken. Didn’t know till I was down the road far enough I didn’t want to go back. Time to avoid this location as they can’t make a single order correctly! Brand new and so many mistakes. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!

After charging my card the window attendant informed me it would ten or more minutes for my food to be cooked. My wife and I used the empty drive through with hopes to make an appointment we had in Chattanooga but with the delay was extremely pushed to make it. The courteous thing to do would be to inform customers about potential delays. After seeing the other reviews I have little hope any improvements will be made. It’s obvious the owners of this location couldn’t care less about service with quality.

Bought biscuits with sausage egg, bacon. Swiss cheese add sausage left establishment..got NO cheese and biscuit u ndercooked ;also eggshells apparently come with !!¿?!!?? Very dissatisfied with this particular WENDY’S

When this place first opened, it was great but now it just sucks. They gave my toddler spicy nuggets in her meal and I ordered normal. Today they forgot to give me a whole meal. Definitely not a good experience. We live nearby and might just start going back to the Willow location again.

They made the drive through an ai person. I much prefer talking to a person in the drive through. I feel like it adds to the experience.
