One of the best Bacon Cheeseburgers ever to leave a cooks line was served here today in an atmosphere that almost felt like fine dining sitting beside the faux fireplace. Freshly cooked beef and thick crispy bacon piled on a bun with gooey cheese and snappy lettuce leaves. There was a bit of a “glitch” with the drink machine and the fries weren’t piping hot but still edible. It’s good to see the Strawberry Frosty here and was a perfect opportunity to use my Free Frosty Key Tag. The cashier and the cook all had excellent service and it all made for a decent meal.

Fast drive through time. Excellent service, chicken was a bit overcooked but for just $1.29 snack. It’s not a bad stop, best part of the order was the Strawberry Lemonade. Parking lot and drive through was clean.

Wendy’s was the only restaurant open in Milan on Christmas Eve. Some of the employees were new and unsure of their responsibilities, yet they worked together as a team, maintaining courteous service while some customers were impatient and even rude.

Excellent service! We arrived 2 minutes before closing time and everyone from the cashier to the cook to the manager was friendly and welcoming. All of our foot was hot and fresh. The best experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Had a good experience on my last visit. The staff was polite and they got my order correct. The food was pretty good as well, it just could have had a little less mayo. Overall, I love Wendy’s. Period. It will always be one of my favorite fast food places.
