We had got into a car accident and had been in the ER all day and we were starving, when we got there the lobby was closed, they graciously let all 4 of us in and were so kind and friendly! It may seem dumb but just that little bit of kindness made our night so much better. Absolutely amazing food, service and hospitality!! So greatful for those girls!

They dropped the GD word in front of my children. The young guy with the dreads at the window thought he was pretty cool dropping profanities over the mic openly. He was talking crap about my family’s food choices and we could hear every word. The workers in the background laughed with him so loud that we could hear them over his mic. They are all disgraceful. We decided to not eat there because no way that place is clean with morals like that. We didn’t even do anything wrong for him to be so disgusting. My family is polite and understanding of the fast food industry as we served many years doing the same thing. This odd behavior was completely unprovoked. Never again.

Stopped by this Wendy’s after work with a friend around 5:30 for a quick bite to eat. Dining room was clean and not too busy despite being near the peak time for dinner. My meal was out in 5-10 minutes and was of exceptional quality. They forgot to give me the dressing for my salad but quickly resolved this issue without question. Personally I was not a big fan of the summer strawberry salad, but it was exactly as described, be it a little pricey. However I enjoyed the chili and was blown away by the strawberry frosty. Highly recommended before this promotion ends!

Ordered the $5 biggie bag earlier and as I was eating my burger I reached for my sauce and when I reached for it it was already open and almost empty, and I know for a fact that I didn’t open it so I am absolutely disgusted by this and I won’t be giving them any more of my time.

I wasn’t very pleased with my salad. First they forgot my blu cheese and had to bring the salad back up. Than one of the apples still had the stem in it and nothing was bite sized. My chicken was in chunks along with the lettuce and apples. Very hard to eat when everything is huge. When I brought these issues to the managers attention I was told that everything was prepackaged. I told her then there is no point to coming back. She said you don’t need to come back! My husband asked a few more questions and her story changed to that they prepare the lettuce in the morning, but 2 seconds ago it was prepackaged. Needless to say she wasn’t friendly and didn’t care about the substandard food they are serving for $8 for a salad that should be fresh. My husband’s patty was cut in half on his burger which is very strange. If I’m going to pay for over priced pre packaged food, the staff should at least be nice.

Look I came after work late at like 10 30 and was super impressed. Whoever was working on November 18th needs a raise big time it was out in matter of seconds and super friendly not only that it was all fresh and everything was provided strae napkins sauce and food was very impressed.
