Service was friendly and considerate. But we ordered right as they opened hoping for hot and fresh food. It was not. The bun was burned as if it were put into a toaster backward, and the burger was ice cold. I’m not a Karen and don’t complain often, but this was an $18 meal we should have eaten elsewhere. Four thumbs down.

I ordered a frosty with my meal in the drive-thru. They gave me one with frosty dripping down the side of the cup, so I had to get a bottle of water out of the trunk of my car to clean my hands and car cup holder. It was incredibly annoying. On the positive side, they did give me everything I ordered and paid for, and the quality of their food met my expectations.
