Was treated very poorly by a little boy with pink and blue hair. I thought the legal age to let someone work was 16+. That one looked like a 13 year old going through an identity crisis.

We went here with our 5 kids who were very hungry lol They all got seated we then went to cou two to order no employee in sight. We then waited yelled fir them looked for them over counter makjg lots of noise trying to get ther attention, asked a customer that was eating uf anyone was working said yes three. Finally after 15 min if waiting thry had a drive through come through and here come 3 employees from back was like how can I help you. By then I was over it and left bc thry acted like we just got there and I was done with 5 hungry kids. I suggest do not go here unless you wanna wait forever even to order.

Service was friendly and considerate. But we ordered right as they opened hoping for hot and fresh food. It was not. The bun was burned as if it were put into a toaster backward, and the burger was ice cold. I’m not a Karen and don’t complain often, but this was an $18 meal we should have eaten elsewhere. Four thumbs down.

Went to the drive through at 3 pm. I thought I heard someone so I said, Hello?. She spoke again clearly and asked my order. I ordered 3 meals. The girl then said, sorry I can’t take your order now I don’t have a drawer. It’ll be 10 min if you want to wait. I Left and went to Sonic.

The staff is awful and super rude. They will replace stuff on DoorDash without telling you what they’re replacing it with. They get my order wrong almost every time and I’ve had a friend receive a RAW chicken sandwich from there once. They seriously need to be shut down.

The service sucked the cashier was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. A woman was picking up a door dash order and they didn’t have the door dash sticker to secure the bag they had the lady fix the drink and then gave her attitude when she asked about the door dash tags for the bag. The food well I can’t say cause I didn’t eat it. My dad ate it and liked it but that man eats oysters and drinks the juice a couple times a week. So his stomach is like a cast iron tub.

Service was horrible. Food was not good. Not what I’m used to at any Dairy Queen. The blizzard was only mixed on the very top. See pic below. They were not busy. Only one other couple there.

Last few times they are always out of something. Takes forever to get even your mobile order and then food is cold as ice. At this point the remodel was a waste of money because the service doesn’t warrant the money put into the location. Shut it down or get new management and new crew

Went through the drive thru…..the girl that took our order was so polite and patient with me. When I got to the window, she acknowledged me and was very gentle handing me my drinks ( I think she noticed my hand shaking) . The food was packed nicely in the bag and when I got home (20 miles away) it still tasted hot & fresh. They did let you know they were understaffed at the order thing, which I thought was very considerate.
