First they messed up our biggie bag, the girl in drive through kept getting confused and we got 2 burgers instead of 1 burger and nuggets. Then they messed up what was supposed to be on the burgers. Cool I went in to get it fixed, they fixed the nuggets and redid the burger but the burger was still wrong. Very upsetting, I get mistakes but still messing it up after you’re supposed to fix it is insane.

I usually have a good experience at this Wendy’s but today I didn’t know happened. Not only did I sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody came on the speaker to greet me, but the sign says they’re open till midnight and I arrived at 10:45. Lights inside the restaurant were on but lights in the drive thru were off to deter anyone from ordering I guess. After 5 minutes I just drove off. I’m only putting this review so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Unacceptable

Service was good. Everyone was polite. The food is bland, no seasoning. It all tastes microwaved, except the fries. All the fast food restaurants on this strip food taste the same.

If I had the option to give zero stars I definitely would!!!! My husband decided on Wendy’s before starting his shift and he drives off with what was supposed to be his order instead to find a snowball burger in place of his order hell at least they were able to get the toppings correct. This is ridiculous to be an establishment that serves food this is truly unacceptable. Management was made aware of this after turning around to be informed that an employee decided this would be a good joke and his actual order was supposed to be in the bag along with the snow burger , NEVER AGAIN !!

The cashier Laciana told us in a very loud voice that she will match my wife’s attitude. Look my wife just asked for my son to have a kids frosty. The manager Nelle said she will take our complaint. That we don’t need to call corporate on her. I will never eat at this location ever again. The girl was pulled away by another employee because she told me what am I gonna do. As if she wanted to fight me. I’m not above whooping someone but I will not act that way in front of my 7 or 16 year old son. You need to handle this because if not the news will report what happens next.

Food was fresh, and hot. The workers just never want to take your order. You can be the only person in line and wait 5 minutes before they stop avoiding eye contact with you. The restaurant inside is also pretty gross. They don’t wipe down the tables at all during the day. So you’ll be forced to do that yourself if you want to eat inside. It’s just the Memphis culture, combined with it being fast food. Generally makes for a reasonably irritating experience.
