We are paramedics who work on an Ambulance that doesn’t fit through drive through. Their dine-in area is closed but they let us in after arguing for about 60 seconds with them. My $12 Ghost Pepper sandwich combo didn’t have the lettuce, tomato, or sauce on it as pictured. A fellow law enforcement officer friend is in drive through waiting to have us order taken. They are ignoring him completely. We let him inside with us and they state they cannot take his order because their “system is down.” Even though they took ours moments before and they are filling mobile app orders. Complete laziness. These people should not be paid at all never the less $15/hr minimum wage. They are there literally wasting the store’s electricity while getting paid to ignore customers. Sadly this seems to be the norm in this post-Covid environment we live in.

Store allegedly closes at midnight. Pull up at 730 and they’re closed, no sign or anything. Someone answers drive thru speaker and says they’re deep cleaning. Employee standing outside says manager wanted to close early. What a way to run a business.

I really like Wendy’s Chilli. A lot of times if I wait until I get to Memphis they will have sold out. But my hats off to Sade at the second window, even the gentleman who took my payment at the 1st window. I just liked the care and customer service I received today. The Chilli was a generous amount. I literally got the extra crackers without asking twice. They remembered to give me a spoon. I do a lot of driving. It’s nothing like getting down the road while you wait for your food to cool off and you have nothing to eat with and no napkin. Thank you Wendy’s in Oakland for making my day!!! ☺️

This location is upcharging customers by telling them that combos can only be medium or large. This is absolutely not true. I let it slide on a view visits until I noticed the pattern. You can even see the price upcharge on the screen when they do it! 2 managers argued me down on this. They absolutely would not let me order a combo with a small fry and drink. I ended up leaving with no food.

Worst customer service . I’ve given them numerous opportunities get better, but it keeps getting worse. Dave Thoms would not have allowed the type of service this store provides. I’ve suggested their corporate close this location to save money.

I needed help with ordering on my app, and the manager was able to show me how to use the rewards for order. A young lady employee was several steps ahead of me going in, but she opened the door, greeted me and held the door for me to go in. Another lady working the drive thru made sure the manager came to help me with the app order process. My baked potato was done very well, which has been a problem at several other Wendy’s stores. Thank you to this location for a great experience!

Worst service ever. Waited in drive thru line for twenty minutes only to be told to go somewhere else because they could. It take any more orders. An employee asked us to leave because they were too busy I’ve never seen such incompetence in a fast food restaurant
