Ended up having to throw half of it out.
Had to wait.
Almost fifteen minutes for my drive through order.And then when it showed up, my sandwich was served cold like this.

I ordered a son of a baconator and this is what I got with fries that was not all the way full, we waited in drive three for 20 mins before my husband went in and the lady forgot we was even there waiting so the manager made them make our food fresh

The food was not up to Wendy’s standards. The fries were over cooked tast like the grease had not been changed for all time. The pop was flat, also took to tries to get the order correct. The floor in the hall to the bathroom and the bathroom floors felt like the were mopped with greas.

Anytime I go through the drive through, I always check my bag when I go to this placesevenn Out of 10 times that I’ve ever been, they get it wrong so as I check my bag on this trip and everything was correct except for no ketchup or napkins in the bag. Which sucks?n I put the food in my bag. I was still at the drive through window, and I heardn The little disrespectful.n Girl that had shoved the food out to me in my hands without saying anything. Open the window and mumbard. Yeah, that’s right. It didn’t register to me until after I drove off if it had, I would have gave her an ear full. I know it’s hard to get good help these days to pay them barely livable wages, but come on. Customers should not have to feel disrespected when they drive in dining in or anything else, maybe you need to take a note of Chick-fil-A, if they can get their people on point, surely you can too terrible attitudes, mediocre food would not recommend this restaurant in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Passing through headed to Kentucky stopped at Wendy’s. The chicken tenders was the first time for me to try those and they are awesome I love them better than any other place. Friendly service clean dining area. I’m very happy with it.

My family and I were visiting Dyersburg and we decided to stop and get Wendy’s before heading home, so we placed a mobile order. A good indicator of whether a fast food restaurant is good or not is seeing zero cars in the parking lot on a Friday evening, which is what we saw once we arrived. Our order was very simple, but we were stil made to pull up to the door and wait. They brought our food out to the car but forgot to give us our drinks, so we had to wait once again to receive two drinks. Once I started eating my food, my asiago sandwich was missing the ranch sauce and had mayo instead. The food wasn’t bad, but it could’ve been better just as their attitudes could’ve been better too.

As you can see in picture, chicken was either overcooked or has set for a long time. It was absolutely inedible. Server was on cell phone the entire time I was in line. I had to repeat my order three times. Server had hair down to waist which was falling into fries as she prepared order with one hand while on the phone. Lastly, she had a cover or something and was hanging it out the drive-thru window hitting it on the side of building before brining it back into the building and returning it to wherever it went. I don’t know that I have ever observed such I professionalism and unsanitary behavior.
