My boyfriend and I ordered two meals with drinks at the drive thru. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times and finally she said she got it and to pull up. We waited 15 minutes until we made it to the window with only one car ahead of us. Once we pulled up to the window she asked what we ordered and we told her. She then asked if she even took our order and had to retake it at the window so we had to wait even longer. Overall, every time we come, they either say they are out of everything or the wait/food itself is terrible. Would not recommend this location.

I got out of the drive-thru line because it was not moving. So I went inside however it took them at least 5 minutes to take my order and when I did finally get my order they gave me old food I had to get them to remake my fries and I’m not sure why they didn’t remake my hamburger as well, but by the time I left out of there the vehicle that was behind me in the drive-thru line was already gone! I should have just stayed in the drive-thru line. Due to the fact they literally forgot they had an order for me about whose job it was to make my order. They were very unorganized they were nasty they let their food just sit there so long to the point when somebody finally decided to take the empty the fries out of the fry basket but because it had sat out so long all the fries were stuck together. They tried serving me those fries and I told them absolutely not. I needed new fries so I don’t know why they didn’t remake my hamburger as well because it took approximately 10 minutes from the time and I told them I do not want those old fries and they would have to make me more fries. So I don’t know why my they didn’t make my hamburger a Baconator to be exact due to the fact it had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. My food was horrible.

This is the absolute worst managed Wendy’s in the world. The actual employees do a good job. But, their management is worthless. If you’re going to be open until midnight you shouldn’t clean the Frosty machines out at 8pm. Nice to know per the employees that the day shift manager is to busy clubbing to give af about putting together proper orders so they don’t run out of food and that the night shift manager would rather kick back in his car all night and smoke rather than actually do any work. Not to mention maybe getting a credit card machine that works and not requiring exact change because you couldn’t even figure that out when your credit card machine went down. Just pathetic.

Had not been to this Wendy’s in years for various reasons. Thought we would like to try the baconator they have been advertising. Sandwich was very greasy and fries were barely warm. Sandwich had a great taste, just greasy. Not sure if that is the nature of that sandwich since we had not eaten it before.

Ive tried to order food twice from the drive through in the last month. Both times i was told there would be a 5 minute wait. But after 15 minutes of waiting i still was not able to place an order. Today i was told they couldnt take orders because they were done with breakfast and were preparing for lunch.

It’s Tuesday afternoon at 4:30pm. Sat at your drive through window for 4-5 mins. Kept saying hello. Nothing!! So I drive to the window after another 3-4 mins a guy come to the window. I ask it they are open. He says no because he is waiting on another employee to show up. I said all I need are 4 frosty’s for my grandkids. Can’t you take a credit card. He said no that it would be at least 30 mins. As I’m driving off I see an employee sitting at a table with his head down sleeping!!!! Worst place ever!!! You guys are basically the last drive through fast food place on that end of Poplar near Hwy 72. You should be booming this time of day. Why do you keep this nasty place open??

I literally went through the drive-through tonight and they told me they didn’t serve salads anymore. Is this really the play that we’re getting at anymore? No one wants to do any work ever since Covid it seems like the situation like look I don’t wanna work either but I have to, and I don’t lie about what we don’t have at my work you have like 10 salads on the menu and you’re telling me you don’t have salad at all what poor customer no wonder all these restaurants are not doing any good and Chick-fil-A is the only one that’s happening. Maybe they need to take a book out of their play. This place sucks I will never return.

Went and ordered from here. When the food came out it was cold. The restaurant was locked so I could only go through the drive through. After talking to the drive through about the fries being cold. They informed me to pull up to the door where I waited 30 mins on fries then 2 people came out brought fries and the fries made me sick they were nasty
