I have always enjoyed eating from Wendy’s, regardless of which state it was in.
Today we ordered a Classic combo with chocolate frosty, Asiago Ranch combo without bacon and with strawberry lemonade, and chicken nuggets.
It’s a good meal for a few people.

I am writing this review because for us to have ordered $25 worth of food and requested our food to be fresh just to be told they cook everything fresh at this time and get these disgusting fries and the core of the Lettuce is beyond upsetting!! Being a former Fast food employee and manager of several other establishments I can honestly say the level of customer service and quality of food that was provided to my family this evening is very disappointing yet people give less than half a** service and want an increase in minimum wage like how lol. This is coming from the generation that was paid less than $10/hour but still put forth 110% effort. GET A BETTER NIGHT CREW for the Arlington LOCATION in memphis, TN PLEASE !!

I would not waste my time going to this Wendy’s especially at nightOrdered a large chili got a half-full or did the bacon cheddar double meat hamburger got to Baby pieces of bacon. It took 7 times of Me call the store for them to answer my call. Then the team leader who did answer sounded asleep or high. I will be calling the bbb and the corporate office tomorrow!!!!!!!

Frustrating that I can place an online order 30mins before I try to pick up and I still have to wait a long time to receive it. What’s the point of ordering online if it takes the same amount of time as going thru the drive thru? Foods usually decent but this happens more than half the time.

We as customers understand if you are short staffed but it’s common courtesy to let the customers ordering inside that you are a little busy with the drive thru, I will be right with you! But NO, totally ignored all of us in line inside, that we ALL LEFT! Please teach that manager some customer service skills!

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn’t there. I spoke to the manager who confirmed it was there so I drove back to get it just for the chicken sandwich to be half done. I have officially given up on fast food.
