So I will start off by saying that the lady taking my order completely lacked customer service skills and was rude. What I wanted: 4 piece chicken tender combo, baked potato extra butter only, and a large strawberry lemonade with one more baked potato loaded with hot sauce for my coworker. So I start telling her my order. I say I want the 4 piece tender meal with sweet chili sauce. She asked me my drink and I said a large strawberry lemonade. She said they were out of lemonade. So I told her no drink just the tenders an a baked potato then. And before I could tell her what I wanted on my baked potato she asked if I wanted the combo? I said however you ring it up doesn’t matter to me, I just want it to be the chicken tenders and baked potato and no drink. Her immediate response was “come to the window.” It kind of rubbed me the wrong way because I didn’t even get to finish my order. But I thought maybe she was having trouble understanding me. So I pull up and the first thing she says is how much the total is. I told her that I didn’t even get to finish telling you my order. She immediately closes her window. Opens it back and asks what else I wanted. So I told her the chicken tenders and baked potato with extra butter. And she told me it comes with butter already. I proceed to explain how I would like extra. She said “like 2?” I said 4 would be great. And then I told her I wanted a loaded baked potato as well with hot sauce. She said “we don’t have loaded baked potatoes.” So I said the baked potato with cheese and bacon and butter sour cream. After that I don’t see her again. I guess she didn’t want to deal with me. A guy comes to the window and tells me they’re waiting on the 2nd baked potato with the cheese and chili. I said no, its cheese and bacon with butter and sour cream with hot sauce. He asks me to pull forward and I before I did, I said that I just wanted to make sure they heard about the hot sauce. He said he will make sure I get everything. So he brings out my food and I go back to work. Everything was correct besides there being zero hot sauce. ♀️. I’ve never had a restaurant make me feel like such an inconenience before. Her customer service skills were horrible. His customer service skills were much better, but it sucks that I can especially ask for something a few times and it still not be in my order like I asked. This was in between the 1:05/1:20 pm times on 2/8/2026. Was my order that complicated?

I always love this Wendy’s especially the people that work in it. but here lately. I don’t know if it’s where they don’t have enough people, but I am highly disappointed in them. Got my order wrong twice already and the meat wasn’t fully cooked now that’s a no no ! I told him plain double stack and they gave me one piece of meat with pickles, ketchup, and onions, and I said cheese and meat only And I’m gonna leave a picture of the Meat to show you that it was not done. It was not cooked thoroughly and that is not OK. Any other time I give a great review but I have to be honest with this where the problem will be fixed. Leave the meat on longer. That’s why I do not get burgers that are thick. That’s why I always ask for thin or small patties. Please do better guys. I am very sorry that I have to say it like it is tonight just disappointed. and that’s why I had to fry the meat and I shouldn’t have to do this!!

While we were there we listened to two employees get into it about how orders are to be done. We would have left at that point but had already paid for our food. We started to pray over our food when the lady at the register decided to start cursing at her coworker. We picked our food up and went to the car to eat. We will not go back to this one in the future. Very bad management skills and poor customer skills.

Waited in parking spot thru drive 15 minutes when food got there exception the the fries none of three burgers where made fresh while we waited they were cold not a little alot my lettuce looked like seaweed my bun was so stale it fell apart
Into crumbs . My husband his bread was fine food complete cold. Also the food served fresh was fries and the container was half full.. I would have did the on reciept review but we did not get one.also there was only two car ar drive thru the time one parked upfront waiting on food and us parked onside. Very disappointing to say the least

Every single time I go here if the man with the grey hair isn’t there it’s absolutely terrible. The meat on the burgers are old and dried out and when I pay $6 for just the burger I expect to be able to eat it. And there won’t be a car at all in the driveway thru or parking lot and they say welcome to Wendy’s I’ll be with u In a minute and u have to wait before ordering then if he’s not there it’s awful. When he is there he makes sure our food is good but if he’s not it’s just terrible. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but when it keeps on and on happening over and over it’s gonna make me not even come there at all.
Now I look at all the other reviews and see 90% of ppl are dissatisfied so the GM isn’t doing their job which means the DM isn’t either for allowing this to continually happen I don’t understand why you would allow this over and over with so many unhappy customers no wonder the place is always empty, and the food is old because they make it and nobody comes to get it for hours and they still serve it too lazy to make more from now on I’m asking for it freshly made or going somewhere else SMH absolutely ridiculous

I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger with pickle, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, and mustard and medium fries at the pickup window for my wife that was at home. We actually live 3-4 minutes from this location off of John Sevier highway.
To begin with it was cold, they totally left out the lettuce and tomato. It must have been under the warmer for who knows how long, It was totally disgusting. The problem with picking up food like this is the inconvenience of having to drive back to file the complaint about it and take it back.
If you’re going to pay over $6 for a hamburger and fries, it needs to at least be fairly hot and include the items the way its ordered.This is why I stay away from Wendy’s and places like this but, my wife insisted she wanted one so she has been to this location in the past with no complaints until now.
This was totally unacceptable and I totally blame management.
Shame on Wendy’s!

I got in the drive thru line at 11:53 and I didn’t get my food until 12:18. There were only two cars in front of me in the line. Not my definition of “fast” food at all. Very frustrating and inconvenient. This was my first and probably last time at this location. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 was that the food was hot when I got it. Otherwise, the wait was ridiculously long, and the employees were so blank faced and dead in the eyes they looked like they were miserable and annoyed

Always wrong order…no matter what you have to pull to a spot as they never have your food ready. Not fast food at all. Last time they were having employees drive around in circles through the drive through so thst their owner wouldnt see their ticket times being so bad. I had asked as i saw the same cars going around in circles behind me in line as i WAITED per usual. This came from an employees mouth.

I would recommend not to go here. They are under staffed. I waited in the drive-through for five minutes at the speaker and then they said one moment and waited another five minutes waited in a parking spot for fifteen minutes before going in confronted them about the order and waited for my food to be made which took another five minutes. This is very unacceptable for being a fast food Franchise 30 minutes for breakfast in a drive through is unacceptable I could have went through McDonalds 10 times in that time with them slammed. The parking lot was empty and the drive through was also only had five cars go through the drive through while I was sitting there!

We chose to try Wendy’s for lunch today. I used their phone app for convience and to earn points that we can use for future puchases. The drive through was pretty busy but the line moved swiftly. We ordered the Taco salads with all the trimmings. This was a very good lunch and something that we would order again, their half and half sweet tea was also good.
