We pulled right as they were getting ready to close. They happily took our order and that was the most fresh burger I have ever had at a Wendy’s! Great job to the team working at 2am on 3/8/2026!

Went through the drive through and the order was wrong Ordered two triple cheese, One double and one biggie bag at the Merchant’s location in Knoxville. The shorted me a triple. When we called they repeatedly hung up. FINALLY someone picked up and I nicely asked to speak to the manager and the woman who answered nastily SAID NO and hung up. My husband called from his phone also repeatedly and when someone picked up they cursed at him!!!!
The rudest and most arrogant employees ever. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
They will incorrectly give you an order if you do drive through. (I’m thinking because they are cashing in on your money without giving you what you ordered. If you try to call they will not answer and finally if someone does they will curse at you and hang up. I have even use different cell numbers and politely asked to speak to a manager and the person who answers tells me NO in an authoritative voice and hangs up. The workers are rude to the customers whom have paid full price for their meal and curse at the customers . Obviously there is no manager around because they can act this way to paying customers.

On 10/27/25 at 7:10pm I utilized the drive through. Firstly, I was the only customer in the drive through. The employee was carrying on a personal conversation over the speaker as I was placing my order. I ordered a potato, small chili and a junior bacon cheeseburger. The employee didn’t know if they even had potatoes. I paid $8.40, was handed 2 bags and left. When I arrived home I discovered my burger was missing. I immediately called and advised of the missing item. I was met with a very rude response of “just come back and get it.” I told the lady I live 20 minutes away, I stopped on my way home and was not going back out in the rain. Without acknowledging me, she handed the phone to someone else. The woman said she was the manager. I explained the situation. She said I could stop by tomorrow with my receipt. I told her that the employee never gave me a receipt. She took my name and number and said she would leave a note. To make matters worse the chili was nothing more than undercooked bean soup. Not a single piece of meat in it! This is not the first time this location has messed up an order and been rude about it. My suggestion: stop at the Wendy’s at Clinton Hwy/Callahan instead.

I know for a fact this is the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been In. Ppl are really sweet and go out of their way to make sure u get what u want and have what u ordered when u leave. Food is hot fresh and all employees are funny always smiling and happy and I’ll definitely be back!

I live Wendy’s but this particular location cant seem to get the food right. They are SLOW! We were there at least 10-12 minutes which is crazy for a fast food place that didnot have anyone else in front of us! They either cant hear what you say, arent listening, or just dont put specialties in the system leaving the kitchen crew make it worng. Most of the stuff are not rude necessarily but not what i would call friendly either. One of the managers spilled 1/4 of my tea into my car and all over me then she grinned like it was funny! When I asked for napkins she huffed at me like i was an inconvenience. I have NEVER seen a MANAGER be so rude and disrespectful to a customer!

Customers in lobby with out of control kids screaming & running around. Took at least 5 minutes waiting before anyone came to take our order. Ordered 3 honey BBQ sauce nugget combos barely any sauce on all 3 orders, nuggets looked like they been overcooked, although watched the crew member made fries fresh, still tasted old , cold, & stale like they been sitting under heat lamp for awhile. Crew member forgot to put my 2 cookies in the bag, that I had to go back in to get them after checking my order before leaving parking lot. Oh also the sweet tea in the lobby wasn’t sweet in any sense, like they completely forgot to add the sugar or only added a very little bit of sugar.

Frosty-perfect! Fries-fabulous! Spicy Chicken sandwich lukewarm and very chewy. Service-surprisingly good! I was greeted with a smile, order and payment were smooth and both customers and employees treated each other with respect.

I’ve been through the drive thru a few times and have NEVER got a correct order yet. I went inside thinking it would be better and as far as the order being correct it was… HOWEVER the restaurant was looked as if a homeless convention was being held there!!!
The outside area was overflowing with homeless people with backpacks and tents asking for cigarettes and money as you walk in. The inside wasn’t much better and the constant flow of them going to the bathroom was ridiculous.
There’s ZERO customer service at this restaurant, just rude workers who act if they’re doing you a favor by being there .
In conclusion, skip it. Not worth the hassle or the chance of getting robbed. If not by the homeless brigade, then by the employees getting your order wrong by leaving items out
