Well today marks my disappointment. I ordered in the app. Expected my entire order which I did not receive. Missing a burger. The drive thru took forever, 13 minutes to be precise, only to be told ” We will be with you as soon as we can”. Fast food is supposed to be FAST….right? The person on drive thru was very dry, almost rude and didn’t seem to even care. She wasn’t in uniform, no name tag. This is the second time I have had all these issues. I supported the new store and it being moved but this is not something I can forgive. You will lose customers. Do Better! Too many choices near by and I may not be back.

I want the sweet and sour sauce back. Whole reason I came here. It’s my favorite sauce, and now it’s gone. Why can’t we have both that and the sweet chili? I guess screw the people that don’t always want spicy sauces. Wendy’s sweet and sour was legendary like BK BBQ, McDonald’s ranch, Zaxby’s Zax Sauce, or Chick-fil-A sauce & Polynesian. This is like sacrificing first born in order to raise the new one. Stupid. This sauce was part of the Wendy’s identity. In fact, bring it back in the round cup. Man, every fast food restaurant in 2025 is just determined to take all my favorite food items away. Covid was the worst price hike and item cut excuse ever, and things have been going downhill for food since. Start listening instead of letting the marketing team try whatever they want. Someone show this to corporate. Someone there has their own head stuck where the sun doesn’t shine, because this might be the dumbest decision Y’all have ever made.

The woman who took my order sounded very bothered to do so. The woman who took my payment seemed to care less about what was going on. My sandwich was good, the breakfast potatoes were look warm. The cinnamon pull apart was HORRIBLE! The icing was cold, the “pull apart” didn’t pull apart due to it being over cooked, hard and all stuck together. I could lift the entire contents out of the cup with the plastic fork. Was a waste of my money on them.

Long wait, didn’t get my drink till after 10 minutes food was to go and got like 10 fries. 2 other times I didn’t get a sandwich and the other time I got a sandwich I didn’t ask for it’s like employees don’t care

Me and my friend were walking up to the doors excited to endulge in a lovely Wendy’s meal, keep in mind it was only 10:59 PM. As soon as we shut the car engine off the employees all hid in the back. Confused, me and my friend pulled on the right door— LOCKED. Next, the left door— locked as well. The employees made eye contact as we slowly walked away in dismay. Their hours posted on the building claimed they were open until midnight. Their hours posted online were until 1 AM. We were very disappointed and ended up down the road at a McDonald’s which treated us with the upmost respect. I will NOT be returning. Wendy’s you just lost a loyal customer.

I went inside to get a late lunch. This new Wendy’s across from Food City is much smaller, but they didn’t have much space to build between two businesses. It seems to cater more to the E-commerce crowd, which is good. You order on the app or two small computer screens as you go in the door. There’s very little seating because of this. More fast food restaurants are converting to this type of business. You order through the app to go or go through the drive-thru. We usually go through the drive-thru, but today I ate inside.
The lady that waited on me was nice and I got my chilli cheese fries quick. I ordered 3 large Frostiest to go and got them fast, too. Everything was good, as usual. We go here a lot and eat, but take it to go most of the time.

25 min to even get to the window to pay for a drive thru order, right now as I write this. I guess drive times aren’t important. Omg dead place clueless humans. There is no one in the store except for drive through people. Complaining about their orders period 40 Total minutes to be given a 1/2 way Put together order. you need to close. You need to shut down. You need to fire and you need to rehire people that care. And if you can’t, you need to go away forever.
