I ordered a baked potato and a frosty. The frosty was about 30% liquid when I got it. The baked potato I saw when I got home a few minutes later was all browned up inside from sitting for many hours waiting for purchase. It wasn’t edible at all. I know, I tried.

The food is almost always top notch. The service is usually top notch as well. The redhead that was working Saturday evening drive thru, needs to take a deep breath and slow exhale it’s going to be ok. Not everyone is deliberately mean, we are trying to get what we order and she was trying to make sure the order was entered correctly. I was surprised she didn’t throw our food at us even though she looked like she wanted to.

I ordered the $5 with a frosty for my niece the frosty was horrible and the food was flipping cold the chicken nuggets was cold so was the fries and her hamburger I will absolutely never go back there again the frosty tasted like frozen coffee the girls was laughing and goofing off instead of paying attention doing the order right didn’t even charge me for the order…. This Wendy’s has been on a downward spiral as of late. They have horrible customer service. In the drive thru they just open the window and throw your food at you and then slam it shut. They give you no type of interaction. Not even a thank you. I will not recommend this location until the customer service is resolved.
