Despite the slightly noisier environment of an ajoined gas station, it was clean and up to the quality one expects of a Wendy’s. If you already like Wendy’s, you won’t be disappointed by this location. Bathrooms weren’t dirty, if a little cramped, but didn’t have hooks for a purse in the stall I used so I had to hold onto it since the floor looked damp from a recent mopping.

We got to this place and it was ridiculously crazy. We waited about 30 mins for our order, but everyone ordered the same thing as us, chicken fingers. They apologized and upgraded our fries and drinks, we declined the free ice cream on top of that. Everything was fresh and the fries were not over salted.

I was disappointed with the service I received. They didn’t seem like they were in any particular hurry to get food made and take care of their customer. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry. But it was still very disappointing. The staff seemed to be goofing off and not taking the situation seriously. I believe I waited nearly thirty minutes for a pretty basic meal. There was no special customization.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while employees kept looking at us and continuing to go on about their way. Thank goodness we’re from out of state and won’t be coming back. Worst experience at a Wendy’s we’ve ever had.

The restaurant was closed when we were there but we used the bathroom. One of the stalls had no toilet paper, and I actually got locked in one of the stalls because the lock is so rusted. I’m sure the food is fine though

I came here to get dinner on my way, the workers did not have any gloves on, their hair was uncovered, and they seem pretty dirty to me. They had nothing ready and we had to wait a long time to get our order.

EXTREMELY slow…the staff had absolutely NO sense of urgency! Waited in line for 20 minutes and another 25 for my food. My order was correct but 2 people came up to the counter with wrong orders. I will never stop there again when Im passing through.

They ALWAYS forget a part of our food. This is the reason why I only go once every few months. This time they forgot my daughters snack wrap for her kids meal. We got all the way home before she realized it. I guess I should learn my lesson and stop going period.
