The staff at this Wendy’s is not friendly and service is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is fresh and the order is correct, but other times food is stale, items are missing, and instructions are ignored. It’s especially frustrating to be charged extra for things such as extra brownie batter or dipping sauces and not receive them. Better consistency and attention to orders are needed. I would like to say this has happened only one time, but it is a common occurrence.

I never do reviews. As someone who LOVES Raising Canes and Chicken like it, I just wanted to BRAG about their NEW chicken tenders!! They were so BIG, tender, and crispy! You can also tell they’re real chicken! Their dipping sauces that go with them are also really good!
Compared to Zaxbys which we’ve been to a few times recently, these were SOOO much bigger, BETTER, and less expensive! I truly hope they keep these on the menu

Manager wants to be rude and unprofessional instead of just using his words and communicating like a grown up. If you don’t have something say so. Don’t just substitute something and expect it to be ok. Also spoke to a different manager and then she handed another manager the phone.
Guy manager proceeded to say hello three times after I said hi. Pitiful experience from this location.

This by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered 4 items on the menu with only 1 item having any special instructions. I wanted something taken off of the sandwich. I ordered through the app hoping that would help them. I went through the take out line and even told the man on the speaker about the special request (which wasn’t very special). He said yes he would make sure. I get through the line (after what felt like 10 minutes). I checked my food and noticed… the item was still on my sandwich. So I go back into the store. I am at this point a bit upset. But I am still respectful and ask for a new one without said item. The manager then gives me attitude like its my fault they can not read. I will never be going back here and I hope no one does either. Sidenote the food was old and not very fresh.

I went through the drive-thru today, needing a quick meal. I get to the speaker. And this girl in a miserable voice asks what I want. I tell her the 10 nugget meal with fries and a drink. And she asks the sauce, I said the unfortunate sauce, which is the sauce they have plastered next to the nuggets bc it’s “Wednesday” themed. She asked if this was the meal, I said no i don’t want the dessert thing that is being advertised.
She says $10.36 more annoyed, I get to the window, a man gives me my items. I check, no sauce I ask for a sauce and I hear her next to him being like “this is the one I was talking about and she said no.” I said just get me whatever, because she is trash talking me right where I can hear her.
I’m sorry she is so apparently miserable at her workplace.

I dont usually leave reviews but this wendys was bad. We got two baconater meals. We asked for pickles, no mayonnaise, no onion but everything else. They said they didn’t put onion or pickles on them. Okay. The burgers were stale like they had sat out all day, they both had mayonnaise, neither had pickles, and one had an onion on it. The bacon was not cooked, the cheese was cold and not melted. The French fries were burnt with barely any salt and cold. I also found a hair in the burger two bites into it. The only thing that was good were the drinks. We gave the food to our dogs instead. For 30 dollars I expected to at least be able to eat the food.
